Had a great experience! The staff members were all extremely friendly, and thorough. We were worried about our 2 year old but they were so patient and made sure his first trip to the dentist was a good one.

Another great experience at Mint Dental Care! The staff is simply amazing and now they have a therapy dog to sit with you while you are having your teeth worked on. Great addition to the office! Highly recommend this office!

I had been in severe pain with a broken tooth for 4 days. I called 10 places trying to get in for an emergency tooth extraction. I called mint dental and they were so compassionate and caring and got me in right away.
Every step of the way the whole staff was caring and made sure I wasn't in pain. I loved the dentist she answered all my questions, and after she extracted the tooth, and the novacaine wore off, I had no pain at all!
Over the years every dentist I had been to was just plain torture! If your looking for expert dental care, a compassionate and caring staff, that understands emergency situations Mint Dental Care is definitely who you want to choose! I will be using them for all my future dental care!

This company is the best! Top notch communication, including a text that warns of their cold building due to anti-Covid efforts and to dress appropriately. The entire staff is friendly and they go out of their way to create a comfortable situation and get to know their patients. You can tell that it’s not just business, that people are at the heart of their business strategy!!

So far I've had a great experience at Mint. They are very nice and helped me with my anxiety about dental care. They are very thorough and lay out your treatment plans along with cost so you know exactly what to expect. They also offer payment plans which many places won't. For their full coverage of great care I give 5 stars!

Today was my 2nd visit to Mint Dental. The staff are so courteous and kind from the moment you walk in the door, until the moment that you leave. I had multiple extractions done by Dr. Knox and let me just say that I was scared to death!!! I thought it was going to be a terrible experience because of past treatments. I was so wrong! She genuinely cares for her patients and about their well being. The dental hygienists working with her today were awesome as well. Always making sure I was comfortable. Mint Dental you guys are all so AMAZING and I was blessed beyond measure being referred to your clinic. Thank you so much for all that you do for your patients.

I always have a great experience at Mint. I have seen both Dr. McCord and Dr. Knox, and both are always so warm and great to work with. I feel comfortable with them and trust them to help me make the right decisions regarding my dental health. The hygienists are also fabulous (shout out to Kimberly!) and the office staff is always amazing to help and work with me on payments. I’m so glad we found Mint!

Always a great experience, but especially now with the pandemic. I felt very safe and well taken care of. Everything’s was clean, and it seemed like I was the only patient there. I’ve been coming here for 2+ years, and I will continue to as long as I live in NW Arkansas. Highly recommend this office for all your dental needs.
