Mint Dental Care has a rigid policy on making people take x-rays. I told them I was diagnosed with cancer and did not want the x-rays at this time. Even in such a case, they were still requiring it if I wanted to get dental care from them (i.e., have my teeth cleaned). It's outrageous that they think they should be able to make healthcare decisions for me, especially under such circumstances!

Everyome listen up! Everytime I go into mint dental, the staff and dog are always so friendly. They even laugh at my dumb jokes, so if you have horrible humor or horrible teeth, go to mint dental.

Even though they have many clients in at once, they spoke with you like you were the only one there. They don't rush you and make you feel like a $#. They were all very sweet and I didn't feel like I was being judged or looked down upon like every other dentist I've been to.

100% recommend this dentist office.The staff is friendly and they truly care about their patients.The entire staff is the most caring, loving, and genuine group of people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! They sincerely take care of you during exams, procedures, etc!? Hands down the best! Will absolutely not be going anywhere else!

Update: 11/29/2021 - just finished my six month cleaning appointment and they still rock! Great customer service, easy insurance claims process and super easy check out. This is a well trained team of professionals and it shows every time😀

Update - 1/18/23 consistently, great service, very professional, and well organized office processes. The team at Mint are expanding their office but still somehow managed to keep everything organized. I’ll keep coming back. You should check them out!

Dr. Long saw me for an emergency extraction. He was so great and compassionate. The entire staff were sooo nice and helpful. I LOVE that they are open on Fridays and open til 7pm for those of us who work later, it is so good to have that later option for appointments and not have to take off work for it! My insurance doesn't go into effect until next month and they were so gracious and explained the charges to me and worked with me on it. They truly deserve 5 stars! I will be using them again!

I had a dental emergency the Friday before a holiday weekend and the wonderful staff worked so hard to get me treated and in a better place. Dr. McCord is the most genuine and caring dentist I have ever had the privilege of having. Major super hero points to this guy.
