Mint Dental Care

I was very nervous to see a dentist, my teeth are terrible. I let a terrible past dentist experience keep me from visiting a dentist. But everyone at Mint Dental Care was so nice and welcoming. You can tell they really do care. They were so sweet, I wanted to cry.

What a great dental office!! Everyone was so nice and friendly from the moment you walked in the door. Kim is an awesome hygienist! She really listens to her patients. She made me feel so comfortable taking x-rays and for my dental cleaning. She is a very thorough hygienist and is truly concerned about your dental needs. She is very compassionate about her patients and they are so lucky to have her. If you are looking for a great Dentist and Hygienist, go see Mint Dental Care and be sure and schedule your dental cleaning with Kim. She is Awesome!

I try to avoid the dentist but I woke up in the middle of the night howling in pain after an ache became unbearable. I was trying to wait until the Covid-19 restrictions had been lifted but it just wasn't an option. Fortunately, Mint was able to set an appointment the next day and called me back after a few hours letting me know that there was a cancellation and I could come on in. I have had some less than stellar dental groups in the past and was nervous after some trauma from a previous root canal. I am also afflicted with extreme anxiety so I was prepared for the worst.

I was worried for nothing! I'm not trying to set some unreal expectations or anything but I've had more painful manicures (I mean, mine don't use laughing gas, so... your model may vary). Full disclosure, I am still pretty numb and I have to go back for my permanent crown, but I can already feel a difference in the rest of my jaw where I had previously felt a burning, searing, sort of throbbing ache now feel a little sore but otherwise relaxed so I'm taking that as a great sign.

Even in the middle of a pandemic the ladies that helped me today showed compassion, professionalism, and the most positive attitudes that would make this office a win on an average day and absolutely exceed all of my expectations in the middle of an international crisis. Are there awards for this? Can we please get Mint a trophy? I'm bringing my whole family and telling all of my friends. Give them a call, you will not regret it.

I highly recommend Mint Dental! They send you a link to complete the paperwork prior to your appointment and it’s user friendly. They brought me back right at my scheduled appointment time. Tasha the hygienist was outstanding! She explained everything she was going to do before she did and why she was doing it. She was gentle and thorough. Dr. McCord was great! I will definitely be returning in 6 months!

This place is amazing! I have been using the same dentist for 20 years. I decided to try a new dentist since my current dentist was a half hour drive.This place is like the Chick-fil-a of dentistry. From the moment I walked in the front office staff was so welcoming and went out of their way to help me out. The same service was given in the back. Dr. McCord and his staff was professional, welcoming and made me feel like I had been coming there for years. I found a new home at Mint Dental! I highly recommend this office!

Everyone was just amazing! From the moment I walked in, till the moment I walked out. Excellent customer service all the way around. Friendly staff. Once before, i was always scared of going to the dentist until I met Doctor Knox. She talked me, calmed me down, explain all the procedures and was super gentle. She told me to "just get snuggs" and that everything would be just fine.

Going to the dentist is not one of my favorite things to do. With a bad dental experience in my past it takes courage to trust another dentist. I have had an appointment for myself and both of my children this week and each and every staff member at Mint Dental that we came in contact with made all three of us feel like we had known them forever! What is even better is that we weren’t charged for things that we didn’t need. I trusted Dr. Knox’s treatment plans and believe that she has her patients best interests at heart. I would fully recommend Mint Dental to everyone! Thank you so much for caring for family and myself.

I came in Mint Dental with tooth sensitivities from a from a procedure done by a different dentist 2 weeks earlier. They addressed the problem and did what they could to help me feel better. Dr. Knox went above and beyond providing exceptional care and comfort during the process. I highly reccomend Mint dental for the entire family!

With previous 12 years experience in the dental field, I am super particular about who I choose for a dentist. I recently had to switch due to insurance. I am beyond thrilled with the choice we made! We got to meet both Dr. McCord & Dr. Knox while we were in the office (husband and I went together). They are both extremely warm, friendly & knowledgeable of concerns we had. I am very grateful to have found them. Both hygienists we saw were equally as sweet and knowledgeable! Even if we have a change in insurance in the future, I would be hard pressed to leave.

Dr. McCord and his dental team are absolutely the best. They are a fun bunch that treated me with patience and compassion when I came in needing quite a bit of work. I have a lot of anxiety about dental work, and they walked me through everything and took their time making sure I was comfortable. They are always learning new things and very enthusiastic about what they do. Also, they have a kid friendly environment ... So much so that my daughter asks to come with me 😊
