I tend to dread dental appointments, but my experience with Dr. Brightside has been instructive in how stress-free the whole process can be.
Scheduling was flexible, the office is easy to find and convenient from the highway, the space is inviting and brand new, and the staff is friendly and fun to talk to.
Most importantly, though, Dr. Brightside is great. She's knowledgeable, and able to communicate that knowledge in an easy, conversational way. She patiently talked with me about my options, and I got the feeling that she was crafting a plan with me - not for me. I haven't had that feeling at the dentist before.
I can't recommend Dr. Brightside highly enough.

It is not too often that you get to rave about a dental experience (if ever). Well I just visited Brightside Dentistry and had a remarkable experience. First I was greeted with a friendly welcome and Dr Kylee was sitting in the front reception office and was very accessible and friendly. The hygienist was incredibly professional and personable. Asking many questions to assure I was comfortable with every aspect of the procedures. I have never had more thorough exam and cleaning. Really the best. And Dr Kylee Brightside is professional and informative. Even the reception Ken was a delight. We have already referred friends to her practice and I just visited yesterday. Wow!

An amazing fact about this office, when I have an appointment at 2:30PM, I HAVE my appointment at 2:30PM. I don't know about anyone else, but never in all my history with doctors and dentists alike, have I actually been seen at my scheduled time. It's always a 15-30 (if not longer) wait in the waiting room, and then another 15-30 minute wait before they come back to the exam room! I have never been happier with a dentist. I've only been to three in my life before Dr.Brightside and the experience is something that can't be outdone. They have a form that you fill out as a new patient that I had never seen before, asking about what parts of the dentist make you uncomfortable, if I have any sensitivities to the environment, if the chairs hurt your neck or back, if the sounds of the drills make you nervous or anxious, ect. They want to make sure that the experience you have with them will never deter you from coming back or avoiding dental care because you're uncomfortable with most things that dentists tell you that you have to just "deal with". They are also the first dentist to be completely upfront about the costs, instead of trying to get me to forget about the bill and just do what I need done. She was very understanding that I am on a budget, and took the time to sit with me after my initial new patient exam, and explain what teeth needed to be priority, which ones can wait, and which ones she wants to see improve with things I can do at home. She didn't just explain what priority which teeth were, but went through the expense of what EVERYTHING was going to cost, and how to get the most out of my insurance. She didn't just care about getting my teeth healthy, she cared about me being comfortable with the money I'm spending, and the process that I'm going to be going through to get my mouth completely healthy again. To summarize, I absolutely LOVE this office, Dr.Brightside and all of her staff, and will be sticking with her for as long as I have a choice in who my dentist is!

A friend recommended Dr. Brightside and since I had not been to the dentist for a while I took them up on the recommendation. I do not like going to the dentist, and I am happy to report that meeting with Dr. Brightside was a pleasant surprise. She put me at ease and we went over my dental health. Now that I've gone, I will plan on scheduling regular appointments.

What an awesome new business in CR!!! My husband and I haven’t been to the dentist in a while but we will definitely be keeping up now! The office is inviting and beautiful. The staff is so welcoming and helpful...making sure our insurance covered each service. Also, Dr. Brightside is VERY involved with your care...she was assisting and talking us through each step. They knew our son would be coming in with us and set up a stuffed animal and toothbrush for him to play with (practice brushing the dinosaurs teeth...so cute). Our whole family will be going here!!!!! Very impressed!!!!

We all experience that moment when someone does something so unexpected and out of the ordinary that it changes your expectations, fears and cements compassion into your heart and mind. I was caught in a situation of possibly breaking one of my teeth late one evening. I hadn’t seen a dentist in a few years and like some dentists they leave a bad taste in your mouth (no pun intended) and a less than desirable experience. I created a list of about 20 providers from my insurance web site to call first thing in the morning. Brightside Dental happened to be my first call. Morning came and I started dialing looking for anyone with availability to see me that day before I left town. As I neared the end of my list and thinking it wasn’t long enough the unexpected happened. Brightside called me back! I can only imagine that Kylee and her assistant gave up their lunch in order to fit me in. Even furthermore they contacted me a few days after my appointment to check up on how I was doing and if there was anything else they could do for me. They showed great care, knowledge and experience with a calming confidence that solidified my heart to make Brightside Dental my families choice for all future care.

Dr. Brightside is by far one of the most amazing and knowledgeable dental professionals that I know! I refuse to go to anyone else (or take my kids to anyone else). I am more than excited for her to open her practice in Castle Rock and I have referred anyone and everyone I know to her. If you want a dental experience in which you feel like the dentist is looking out for your best interest and you want to be comfortable with any dental work from a cleaning to a crown, I absolutely recommend Dr. Brightside!

After my few experiences with Brightside Dentistry, I will NEVER go anywhere else for dental treatment, cleanings, or advice.
I had been experiencing tooth pain and worked with my existing dentist who did not make me feel like I was being heard nor did that contact take the time to explain the thought behind their diagnosis and treatment plan to me so that I could be an active participant in my own care.
I had reached out to Brightside Dentistry for a second opinion and IMMEDIATELY knew I was where I needed to be. Dr. Brightside took the time to listen to what I was experiencing, follow up with x-rays and an exam before sharing an opinion, and made sure I understood what was happening in my mouth, what needed to be done to fix it, and answered every question I had before referring me out to a wonderful surgeon for the work.
I know it sounds small and to be expected but that patient bedside manner and professional interaction made all the difference in the world for me.
Since this, I have been in for a cleaning and the hygienist staff are warm, gentle, kind, compassionate, and empathetic. While in the chair, they offer music and movies as a distraction to the work and the office is very modern with very comfortable dental chairs and everything feels clean and welcoming.
In a world where customer service is falling to the side, I am deeply impressed with Brighside Dentistry and their patient-focused approach. They have a customer for life in me and I would encourage anyone who is looking for a new dentist office to give Brightside a shot!
