Brightside Dentistry

Yesterday was my first visit with Dr. Brightside. It was the best dental appointment that I have ever experienced as she and her staff were so welcoming, positive, efficient, caring and I received a very thorough exam, x-rays, cleaning, photos and a great explanation of what Dr. Brightside found from all of these. I would highly recommend this dental office.

Dr. Brightside is an actual angel! She genuinely cares about the well-being of her patients above all else. When I first started seeing her, it was a couple years back at a previous practice. I had driven my best friend to her appointment and had no intention of going to the dentist myself. I had serious issues that were causing me great pain but I was so afraid of the dentist I just kept putting it off. When I met Dr. Brightside, I immediately felt like I could trust her. (Normally all dentists gave me panic attacks, so this is really something!) I made an appointment with her that day and she fixed some serious problems. She did a great job and she checked on me while I was healing and addressed all of my concerns, I felt really cared about. Meeting her changed my life. After she fixed my teeth my health greatly improved. She will be my dentist and my children's dentist until she retires. No matter where I live, I will always fly back to Colorado to see her. She is really one in a million and I cannot recommend her enough!

I had my first appointment at this office yesterday and I was blown away. It's a super clean and modern office. Dr. Brightside is super nice. I had the best hygiene appointment ever with Kristen, and Rick at the front desk is so friendly! I'm super happy I found Brightside Dentistry.

I was in Denver visiting my daughter when my temporary crown came loose. I’ve been to the same dentist for 50 years and I was nervous going in. I was very pleasantly surprised with this facility from the friendly and helpful assistant Rick to the expertise of Dr Brightside who refit my temporary to better than it was before. It was a great experience and clean, fresh office! I highly recommend this Dentist!

From the moment I read over the new patient packet and walked into the office, I could tell Brighstide Denistry was going to be different (in the best way possible). Dr. Brightside and the staff are incredibly thoughtful in all they do- from the amenities they offer (wifi, water, hot towels, and more!), to the way they take your fears and apprehensions about the dentist seriously, and how they constantly check in to ensure your comfort throughout the duration of your visit. The level of compassion, personalized attention, and professionalism exhibited by the staff made me, as a new patient, feel at ease. My visit was fast and efficient, yet did not feel rushed at all. All of my concerns and questions were addressed and I left the office feeling empowered and relieved.

What I appreciated the most about Dr. Brighton how transparent and straightforward she is. She explained the status of my dental health and my treatment plan clearly and indicated the timing in which the next steps in my treatment plan should take place. She communicated costs upfront, which was very important to me. I could not recommend this practice enough.

Kylee and the professional staff at Brightside Dentistry are phenomenal. From the moment I walked into the office, until I departed, I felt welcomed and treated with dignity and respect. The office is lovely and the service is quality and friendly - thank you Dr. Brightside and the wonderful professional staff for a pleasant experience.

I'm in town for a few months from Oakland, CA. The second week I was here I woke up in the middle of the night with something in my mouth- it was half of my front tooth. Luckily it was a filling and the tooth had already had a root canal so I wasn't in pain. I found Dr. Brightside through my mom's neighbor who is Dr. Brightside's dental assistant. I spoke with him on Wednesday night or Thursday morning, and they were able to get me in Monday evening. At first I was worried about the drive from Centennial to Castle Rock, but it literally took 20 minutes. I arrived a bit early to do paperwork, and as soon as you walk in and receive the paperwork, you can tell this is a much different place then most dentists offices. The office was very nice, had a great assortment of beverages, magazines and even books. The paperwork took me through a series of questions asking if I was nervous about certain parts of having dental work done, and it was very specific. My teeth are awful so I've seen a lot of dentists. As soon as they took me back, I noticed how clean and nice the individual rooms are. Dr. Brightside asked if I just wanted her to fix my front tooth, or also work on some of the other problem areas I have on my upper teeth. I have medi-cal, so in Colorado I have to pay out of pocket for everything.She told me up front what it would cost which is incredibly helpful in my situation. She also was very clear and told me that the size of the filling she had to do would be temporary and that what this tooth really needed was a crown as soon as I get back to California. She got to work, and before she did anything, she told me what she was doing and why. For someone who has had awful experiences with other dentists, this made a huge difference and let me calm down a bit. I love the communication she was so free to give. After she was done, we talked briefly about next steps I could take to save my upper teeth, or even talk to my dentist at home about doing an entire upper partial. It was so nice to discuss this because every other dentist I've tried to talk to about it shoots me down as soon as the words come out of my mouth. So- overall, I would highly recommend Dr. Brightside and her team. The distance to Castle Rock was really not a big deal. I can't say more about how easy, and wonderful it was to come out with a new front tooth for Christmas.

It took having a fantastic dentist experience to realize that all the others in the past we're not great, sometimes awful. Going to the dentist doesn't have to be stressful or traumatic, Brightside showed me that.
They take the time to get to know you and show they actually care for their clients and their health. I felt relaxed and left without being sore or stressed. I can't recommend Brightside enough!

Everyone at Brightside is attuned to the patient and making sure that you're comfortable. I ended up having to bring my 3yo to my appointment and the care they took with him and making sure he was happy and entertained was above and beyond. I don't have any issues with dentists but they let me know every step of the way what to expect and asked if I was ok, which leads me to believe that if I did have any dental anxiety that I would feel heard and cared for. They gave me real world advice to help me up my flossing game and even sent me home with a welcome gift. Highly recommend, especially for anyone who has any anxiety or fear when it comes to having dental work done.

Brightside Dentistry is absolutely amazing I wouldn't go anywhere else! The office is beautiful and modern, and the staff is very welcoming. Dr. Kylee Brightside is an amazing dentist who listens and creates the best possible treatment plan for her patients. I am choosing her for my invisalign and I couldn't be more excited! She has such an easy method and even has 3D images to show the entire process to you. HIGHLY recommend Brightside Dentistry for friends and family!!
