Brightside Dentistry

One thing you need to know is that I hate going to the dentist. 20 years ago, I went to the dental college in SF to get a root canal and let's just say it was a horrible experience and it still haunts me to this day. So when I came into Brightside Dentistry for my first appointment, I was very apprehensive.
But let me just say that I am beyond impressed! My hygienist was super gentle and very nice. The front office were also very nice. The office is very pretty and it really looks like a spa. I am so happy I found this place when I moved here.

I had a hard time finding a dentist office that is good at what they are doing and where I also feel comfortable. Multiple dentists later, I am so happy I finally found Dr. Brightside! I had a crown done by her that I have been pulling off for a while, and the result is awesome! Plus she is such a nice person, her goal is to get to know you as a person first, and then she talks about treatments. I highly recommend Dr. Brightside and her whole team!

First time I had gone to the dentist in about a decade. Dr. Brightside and her whole staff made me feel welcome despite how negligent I had been with my teeth. They were welcoming, kind, and the whole experience went perfect! Absolutely a great place to take care of all your dental needs!

Kaylee is a fantastic dentist. The entire 1 1/2 hours I was in the chair I felt very well cared for. Her entire staff is great. So happy to have found her business❤

I love Brightside Dentistry! They are so warm and friendly. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist named Christina. She instantly made me feel at ease. I was also greeted by Dr. Brightside and the Dental Hygienist, Cassie. We chatted a minute and I loved how they all made me feel instantly at home.

For my appointment, I followed Cassie the Dental Hygienist back to my chair. She was so kind and sweet! She took all my nerves away and made me feel so comfortable! She even offered me a blanket if I wanted. Wow!

At the beginning we took X-rays to see what kind of attention I would need from Dr. Brightside. The X-rays were taken on a new digital system. Cassie explained to me how it was less radiation and much safer. The convenient part was that your X-rays show up right away on the computer and can be viewed by the doctor instantly. Cassie reassured me the whole time even if I didn't get my mouth placed just so. She was patient and relaxed. I never felt like she was rushed, yet she was so fast and efficient at the same time. Before I knew it, all 18 shots of my mouth were done!

After the X-rays, Dr. Brightside came in for my examination. She went over the X-rays and then she told me what she was doing on my mouth. She showed me her instruments while she was working and explained the process to me. I could tell she was so passionate about dentistry and really cares and takes an interest in her patients. She was so personable and we talked and had such a wonderful time. Before I knew it, we were all done.

After the exam was through, we talked about billing options. Dr. Kylie has some great deals currently, so I felt lucky enough to receive those since I don't have any dental insurance. I would encourage anyone else to take advantage of these sweet deals! Affordability is my greatest concern and Brightside Dentistry offers it!

Over-all, I'm so glad I went. It had been years since I had been to the dentist and they were so nice about that fact, while giving me such encouragement. I'm so motivated to keep up my dental health now! Brightside is my start to a lasting smile. I know a healthy mouth leads to a healthy body, and I plan on keeping regular appointments at Brightside Dentistry!

I loved my experience at Brightside. I was super anxious about going and they made it feel great. Cassie was a sweet smiling face to talk to first and ease anxiety. Dr. Brightside and Rick did my cleaning and talked through my next steps in a calm and caring way. Dr. Brightside obviously cares about her patients! I’m so thankful to have found a place that eases my stress of going to the dentist. I would highly recommend Brightside Dentistry if you’re looking for a great dentist!

What a fantastic practice!
We became new patients because our favorite hygienist, Julie came here and we are so happy we did! The practice is easy to find, and parking is great. Inside everything is so modern, bright, and open. The staff is all friendly and helpful - and you can tell they all get along!
I was amazed by the list of "comforts" the office provides - never have I been to a dentist that offers scented face towels!
The front desk staff - Rick - was super helpful in getting us in as new patients, getting all of our paperwork completed, and getting our records sent over from our old dentist.
I was actually to go in sooner than expected because they had a cancellation last-minute. It was great.
My appointment was so smooth and comfortable - Julie is fantastic, friendly, and professional. Dr. Brightside is professional, friendly, and you can tell she's happy to be there.

I had an excellent experience at Brightside Dentistry. My dental cleaning and exam were extremely thorough and done very well. Dr. Brightside even took the time to clean off some old glue from one of my teeth which she noticed was holding some extra staining on my front tooth. I had all of my questions answered and even received some extra advice pertaining to my daughter's dental care (even though she see's a pediatric dentist). Overall, I feel Brightside Dentistry is very passionate about their work, detail oriented, and cares deeply about providing high quality dentistry. I would not hesitate to return to Brightside for more than just my yearly cleaning if needed. Dr. Brightside has a lot of experience through the extra years she spent working on special dental cases, and it shows through the high quality experience you have during the dental exam. I highly recommend them!

I had my first appointment with Dr. Brightside and I was very satisfied with her and her staff. There was a real personal touch with the visit and Dr. Brightside was involved the whole time. She even did the cleaning herself, meaning that she become totally familiar with my teeth and any issues there may or may not be. I highly recommend Dr. Brightside to anybody looking for a dentist who actually cares about you and is extremely knowledgeable about her craft.

I have nothing but the best to say about this wonderful team! My wife, my son, and myself have all been coming to Brightside Dentistry for about a year and the service has been amazing. They don't just stop there though- the atmosphere, their attitudes, and their compassion for their patients are a great package that makes you enjoy going to the dentist, rather than dreading it!

I would recommend Brightside Dentistry to anyone and everyone looking for a great dentist. Even if it's a bit of a drive for you, it will definitely be worth it!
