Cheyenne Mountain Dental Care

The staff is knowledgeable, but lacks some communication skill. On my first visit, I watched one dental hygienist (Brittany) snap at another (D? Sorry I don't remember the full name!), when it would've been more appropriate to discuss the issue in private and not in front of a patient (looks unprofessional and makes me wonder what else is wrong with the place). Brittany was also a little abrasive, and seemed to care more about getting to her dog than attending to her human patient (me, in the chair). At the end of the appointment, they told me to wait in the room but no one came back for me. Eventually D came in and kept me company because I told her they told me to wait there. After about 10 min when no one came, she walked me out to the front where it didn't look like anyone was planning on coming back for me. It seems like communication and patient systems need to be improved. I left feeling weird and like I didn't want to return for the other procedures that I need. Despite this negative experience, I decided to give them a second chance and went back for more work (also it is convenient as I can walk to this office from my house). This time, they were just fine. I am hoping my first negative experience was just one off day.

I had the BEST experience at Cheyenne Mountain Dental Care for my crown. Dr. Kathleen Rowley was very kind and considerate and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I will recommend this dentist as long as I am in the Springs.

CMDC is amazing. This is the third dentist I've been to in the Colorado Springs area, and the first that has made me feel comfortable enough to get the necessary treatment I need done. Everyone that I've been in contact with has been really awesome, and have made me feel comfortable with everything. They really do care about their patients, and I'm glad I finally found them when I did.

The whole team has been great! I've gotten quite a fillings and each visit for cleanings has been amazing as well! I've never had to wait past my appointment time to be taken back. Great place (and they're open Saturday's which works perfectly for me and my husband)!

This dental clinic is amazing! The staff are so friendly and helpful. They have great technology that helps give the best care for our teeth. Miss V was so friendly with my son. She helped answer his questions about all of the tools. We will be returning for all of our dental needs.

I love this place! Always treated with care and kindness from the moment you walk in with Brianna at the door! Then Dr Parkin is always friendly and informative. Very flexible place as well, if you need to get in they will do their best to get you in as soon as they can, best dentist I’ve ever had!

Had an appointment at 0800. I tried to leave by 0920 since the dentist still had not come into the room. I tried to stay friendly, but I had another appointment at 1000. It was an appointment scheduled by the Military and was told I would have to stay until the dentist signed off on the paperwork. I would not go here as my regular dentist. The staff were friendly it just seemed that they were not well organized. A clock would be beneficial to their office.

This is so far the best customer experience. The staff is super friendly and make you feel welcome and comfortable.

Love these guys. They have taken great care of my family, and noticed things that had never been seen by other dentists. They work hard to provide the best care, and always discuss options clearly. On top of the great work, they have a wonderful atmosphere that will have you laughing for hours!

I had the BEST experience I have ever had at the dentist, despite my complications. Every single person I met was helpful, polite and so kind. They did everything they could to make my visit a good one. I would recommend them to anyone!
