Cheyenne Mountain Dental Care

My wife only speaks Spanish and the staff went out of their way to provide translation. The 4 wisdom teeth she had were too difficult of a surgery to have done at this location so she was referred to another location who also did a great job. My 3 year old also goes here and they treat us all with respect. Overall great job with the cleanings and fillings. Close also to Fort Carson!

Ever heard of OraSpa? Natalie does cleanings in a spa like environment, I have never been more relaxed in my life. This office is so great working with my dental anxiety and they are super affordable - a rare combination.

So had to make another account to make it a point that the dentist is not very helpful and don’t care about my health what so ever. Wouldn’t clean my teeth or yet alone exam me cause of high blood pressure yeah I was nervous af and don’t like the dentist office go figure my blood pressure was high. Well they obvious don’t care about oral health which leads to heart disease. I wouldn’t wast your time with this place still haven’t received a actual reason why…… total joke of a place

I first came here with my boyfriend and we both enjoyed the atmosphere so I decided to set up an appointment. Breana was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Christina is very friendly and explains everything she is doing which is comforting. Everyone I've met here is very welcoming and it makes me want to keep coming back.

This is the best place for dental and ortho care. Every member of the staff is super friendly and helpful. My daughter just got her braces on and they made it fun and easy. They have a lot of staff, so appointments are easy to book. Open on Saturdays is a plus. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

Came here for the army. Excellent office, staff and the dentist. Staff was very pleasant welcoming and proffesional from my first step in to my last step out. When the dentist came in he seemed very knowledgeable and down to earth. We all hate the dentist, but my visit was quite pleasant. I live out of town, so i could never have this office as my personal dentist outside of the army. However, i wish i could. If you live in springs i would highly recommend giving this place a visit.

As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by a very nice young lady (Breana) the receptionist. She offers a big beautiful smile, plus water, coffee or hot cocoa, I was like, "how nice is this!" Then the dentist experience got better with the staff. I drive 45 minutes just to come here. Julia Vigil & Brittany are amazing along with the other staff members at CMDC. They make you feel so comfortable coming to the dentist. I appreciate that so much!

I hate, hate, HATE going to the dentist. I used to go to Comfort Dental and they always made me feel like just a number. Cleanings never felt thorough, fillings were always painful to get. Then I tried Cheyenne Mountain Dental Care and my whole perspective on dental care has changed!

Everyone in the office is so kind and incredibly patient. I had no problem getting in for my first cleaning, and I can’t believe how thorough they were. They use x-rays, lasers, and actual pictures to get a multi-faceted perspective of problem areas. When they explained where my cavities were, they could actually show me the decay on the photos so I knew they weren’t just doing a filling for the sake of some income. Dr. Parkin was so nice and walked me through the photos, gave me some tips on preventing future decay, and never once made me feel like I was a horrible person for having a few problem areas.

After my cleaning, one of the ladies in the office took the time to enter all of the information in the computer and went through every detail with me. She showed me just what I needed to get done and prioritized the cavities so that I could get all of the more urgent work done first, then I could choose to come back for the smaller fillings and pay out of pocket, or wait until my insurance can cover it in the new year.

I was so excited to get my mouth all fixed up, I made an appointment for just a few days later! I needed seven fillings and my anxiety was high from past experiences at other dental offices. But with two quick injections, Dr. Parkin got to work after letting the anesthetic kick in, and I didn’t feel ANYTHING! He checked on me all throughout the work to make sure I was doing alright and had me suction my own mouth to make sure that I didn’t accidentally swallow any of the old amalgam fillings. After he was done, Jess came in and filled everything in like she could do it with her eyes closed. She let me know that my fillings were deep, so she packed them in pretty well, but I may have an issue with my bite being misaligned from having so much work done in one day. Sure enough, my teeth were a little off, but I came in as soon as I had some free time and in just a few minutes, she polished them down to where they needed to be, and I feel amazing.

All I can say is, I’m no longer scared to go to the dentist. Thank you, Dr. Parkin and team!

Extremely friendly staff, very welcoming environment. Much larger facility than what meets the eye upon pulling up in the parking lot, I would recommend this place to anyone in the area looking to either switch dentist or find a new one, they took really good care of me even though I was late to my appointment. Nothing but good things to say about Cheyenne Mountain Dental Care.
