Dr Billingsly has been one of the best dentists I have ever been to. His chair side manner is pleasant and informative. I have had no problems with any of the dental work that he has done. The staff and dental techs are also very helpful and always nice.

Dr. Billingsley is a great dentist, he is warm and friendly, direct and honest. Chance is a wonderfully thorough hygienist, and I never feel judged or guilty over my imperfect flossing habits. I rarely wait more than five minutes, am usually out in less than an hour, and they use state of the art technology and tools. This is absolutely the best dental office I’ve used in my life.

I am a new patient and Dr. Hamrick has hands down the best chair side manner I've ever experienced with a dentist. She is very calming, extremely knowledgeable and quick. Like so many others, I avoid the dentist but those days are finally over. The staff is just as exceptional and friendly. If I could give a few more stars, I would:)

I made my appointment told him my concerns they took x-rays gave me the evaluation and a referral and they’re going to do all the other work. Nice atmosphere nice staff seems like a pleasant place to be.

I really enjoy going to Gainesville Family Dentistry. The people are extremely nice, they are engaging in conversation, the office is clean and inviting. I would have given it 5 stars however, every time I book an appointment it is first thing in the morning. They do not take you in right away even though you are the first appointment for the day. Instead, every time that I go, I sit there for 20 to 25 minutes while they are wrapping up there daily morning meeting. I know that they are in a meeting because the front receptionist says that they are in a meeting and you can hear them discussing the day. Each time I go there, I hear them laughing and talking in the back and then I hear one of them say uh oh, its 8:35 we need to get started. Typically about three to five minutes later they start calling people back one by one. Like I said, I like the people here, it's very convenient to where I live, I just wish they respected my time and scheduled people based on when they're going to take people back specifically first thing in the morning. I completely understand if later in the day they get behind. However, that is not the case! Every single time, I wait 20 to 25 minutes to be called back when I am scheduled as the first appointment for the day. If they started to respect my time and take me back within three to five minutes of me arriving for the very first appointment of the day I guarantee I will be getting five stars.

This was my first visit here and I left feeling like they did more for me in that one appointment than other offices would have accomplished over three visits. My hygienist did an amazing job and she has a wonderful work ethic. The dentist was great too. I am so happy that I found them.
