There was a scheduling error as I set the appointment weeks in advance. They had no record of my appointment. They didn't turn me away. Despite being very busy, Connie, made sure to squeeze me in. The staff is so incredibly friendly. Prices are fair. I would completely recommend them if you are new to Gainesville or looking for a new dentist.

This is an awesome facility. You feel like family from the time you walk in until you walk out. The ladies up front are great. My hygienist is great! And Dr. " B " is one if the best there is. Would highly recommend this place!!!!

Dr. Billingsley, Angie and his staff are great! Been going there for years. It's the most organized, on time fun loving people to be with. It is never a drag to go to the dentist here. Very comfortable. I cant say enough good things about them!! I wish all Dr. Offices were like that one!! Top notch!

I was looking for a new family dentist and read some good reviews about Gainesville Family Dentistry, Dr. Carrington and Dr. Winterman. They are on my insurance plan, and so thought I would give them a try. I have a crowned tooth that broke off at the gumline and figured it would take a few weeks for them to get me in as a new patient to look at it.
I was surprised they offered to make me an appointment for the following morning to have the dentist look at it and make a treatment plan.
I went to that appointment this morning, and was told that I needed some surgical work done to remove the remaining tooth root, and then have a new tooth added on to my partial.
Unfortunately I would need to be without my partial while that was being created. I was prepared for that, but expected it to take a couple of weeks (as was typical of my previous dentist.) I was amazed when they told me they could do the impressions immediately, send it all off to the lab, and have my partial with the new tooth added back tomorrow afternoon. Dr Winterman (very nice, gentle, and knowledgeable) will remove the root of the broken tooth, put the partial in, and adjust it immediately.
The entire process is going to be completed over a period of three days from start to finish.
Everyone I met in the office was professional and pleasant. They explained everything they were doing before they did it, and I left feeling like I had made a good choice for a new dental home.

Never thought I wouldn't be scared of the dentist after all of the nightmare experiences I've had but they really take care of you here and make sure you are comfortable and pain free before doing anything. All the staff members are extremely kind and talk you through the whole process. I've had two major accidents with my teeth due to grand mall seizures and he never promises a complete solition but he promises he will do everything he can, even if it's just a shot in the dark.

Always a pleasant visit!! Staff is professional, friendly and skilled at what they do. Dr. Blanco is THE best dental practitioner. She's is through, reassuring and cares about her patients. Would highly recommend this practice to anyone needing an excellent dentist!!!

I have some major issues with my mouth that needed tending to this week. I called many different dentist in my area and they just didn't sit with me right. Either they were rude or unwelcoming. After the 10th call, I called Gainesville Family Dentistry. What a difference! They were so nice on the phone. They actually seemed like they cared about my issues and wanted to help. Including providing her with my insurance info and answering her series of questions, I was off the phone in 7 minutes. I haven't seen their work but after being on the phone for the past hour trying to find a dentist, i'm pretty sure i made the right choice.

I went in with worst tooth ache ever. They refused help me due to there over pricing of 581 dollars simple extraction and when dentist seen I didn't have that he hid and wouldn't make eye contact with me knowing I was in terrible pain sent me away . Thought all doctors took oath help people in need guess he refused that aswell
