I had somewhat of an emergency with a broken front tooth. I called and was seen in a timely fashion. The staff is very welcoming and professional. When Dr. Martinez-Hoppe finished working on my tooth I felt she was an artist. She’s very comforting and she provides an atmosphere of confidence that you are in very good hands. I highly recommend this practice and I have to also say her assistant Chrissy is the best!!

I have been with Dr. Martinez for about 3 years. Prior to finding her, I had a deep fear of dentist and pain. I let her know of this on my first visit. I had some major teeth work done by her and not once did I feel pain or discomfort. She always made sure I was ok during any procedure. Now I use her as my regular dentist. She’s great and her staff is always friendly and accommodating. Her hygienist are also caring and very personable. The procedure rooms are clean. I get there and usually only wait about 5 minutes before they call me back. Great team!
They will try to accommodate to your schedule for appointments and if they ever get an early opening, they will contact you to see if you can come. Ms. Jaime, one of the secretaries, is awesome at contacting me. Overall, I am pleased with Dr. Martinez and her staff. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Martinez-Hoppe has been my dentist for the last 4 years and has always taken excellent care of me and anyone who I have recommended as well. The office is new, clean and fully updated. The staff from the front desk to the hygienists are top notch and everyone is friendly. I moved away from Jacksonville or they would have been my dentist for life!

Love the entire staff. Everyone makes you feel very comfortable. The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable. The help with all aspects of the treatment, as well as helping with the insurance and making sure that it is taking care of as well. I have a fear of dentist, and this office and staff has helped to relieve that fear. The whole staff goes out of there way to make sure you are comfortable, and feeling no pain during the procedures. STAY AWAY! GET A SECOND OPINION! Lazy practice nearly had me removing teeth that were able to be repaired! I went in in December to have me teeth examined because I was having extreme pain coming from my upper right teeth after having 8 teeth already removed. After taking x rays I was told there was a cavity growing up between two teeth and both needed to be removed. That would make 5 teeth from one side of my mouth and no mention of how my remaining teeth would adjust or anything. I decided to get a second opinion THANKFULLY and was able to fix the damaged tooth with a root canal and there was nothing wrong with the second tooth AT ALL. No need for it to be removed. This is just lazy and unacceptable. I encourage all future and current patients to stay way from such laziness and get properly taken care of elsewhere. I’m thankful I did.

If you'd like to look forward to going to a dental appoint, run, don't walk, to Dr. Martinez-Hoppe's office. Everyone there is warm, encouraging and professional. There is no one like her. My confidence in professional dental care has risen 1,000%. No matter what age you are, this is the place for you. The office staff is exceptional in assisting with insurance and appointments.
