NO STARS REALLY only because google requires at least on to post..... Just showed up at the office and dentist REFUSED to do my filling.Reason= a medical procedure that i had a YEAR earlier from which i had been cleared this past JUNE.
The appointment today was scheduled approximately a month ago. I had received multiple emails Confirming my appoint and NO other information. Last year I needed at that time to take antibiotics prior to my appointment which ultimately never happened as I was too much at risk at that time.
This time I had a verbal confirmation the day before this appointment and they had my incorrect dental insurance firstly and NO MENTION WHATSOEVER of a pre approval from my doctors. No offense to the practice but DOC HOPPE get paid very well. I do not think the onus should be on the patient to do their work for prior authorizations>
Ultimately there is only one thing more valuable than MONEY and that IS TIME. Time wasted for me,account closed, looking for a new dentist ASAP! Will never return EVER.

I love this practice! I am ALWAYS seen on time. The office is clean and modern and comfortable. The staff is very kind and patient and professional. Dr. Martinez is knowlegable and good at what she does (and doesn't make you feel silly when you're a total wimp at the dentist!).
