We relocated to Jacksonville in 2015. Our first dentist lasted one visit because after I received an outrageous proposed dental treatment plan, I advised them that had worked for years with the Dean of a Dental School in Pa and wanted a second opinion. The practice (a large chain) immediately “discharged” me as a patient.
Thank the Lord we found Hodges Family Denistry. I know aa good Dentist, and Dr. Martinez-Hope is A++. Her office staff is also amazing. While I do need substantial dental work, her estimate was 1/3 the cost and the care I am receiving has been the highest quality of dental care. The entire office has been compassionate and has worked hard to plan out the treatment to meet our needs.
You’d be a fool not to try this office. If I could give 10 stars I would.

They cancelled my appointment while I was waiting for 10 minutes to be called back. This cost me an hour of my work day. An hour less I get to see my children today. Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate. They came highly recommended to me by a stay-at-home mom which I am not. So, if you value your time and don't appreciate it wasted I recommend you go elsewhere.

Love the entire staff. Everyone makes you feel very comfortable. At my last appointment, had to have a tooth filled and I didn't feel any pain! I've had teeth filled in the past and either they didn't wait long enough before they started drilling, or didn't give me enough in the shot and I was in pain. This procedure was so pleasant, I didn't even feel the shot of novocaine. Love this dentist and her entire staff!

I've been a patient since I have moved to Jacksonville back in 2008, couple of years later I have referred my husband, kids, nephew, niece and friends from work. I absolutely LOVE this place for an outstanding job they always do, every one is amazing, starting with Dr Martinez and all her crew, they make me feel very welcoming every time I go in, and I am super satisfied and extremely pleased with the level of the service I receive. This place it's like a five star hotel.

When I moved to Jax Beach in 2014 had to have a crown for my implant and i was referred to Dr. Martinez. Been going there since . She is very good and being a coward where dentists are concerned i have to say that I am not as scared, she has a gentle touch and the staff and hygienists are very good and friendly . I would recommend this office to everyone wholeheartedly.
