Amazing staff who go above and beyond to help and satisfy their clients. Friendly, knowledgeable and caring, Dr. Falco and his staff set the bar high for what I look for in customer service. Highly recommend to anyone seeking quality oral care.

Just went to Oakleaf Family Dentistry to be refused service because I have a runny nose. My doctor already confirm it to be a simple cold nothing more. Which I said I could confirm with my medical records but apparently that wasn’t good enough. I wasn’t told prior to the visit not to come if I exhibited any symptoms. Very cold hearted staff, they could reschedule me as early as a few weeks😂 I’m so furious right know. For the last month I’ve been on a soft food only diet because of my teeth and know they expect me to do that for another month. They wasted my time, are making me suffer and are know going to cost me more money. Would not recommend them.

Oh, my goodness, the service I received today was absolutely wonderful, I decided to change Dentist office after 11 years, I called this amazing office 01-24-20, spoke with Chris, asked if I could come in to have a Bridge replaced, she worked me in with no problem, I can't say enough about Krystal, Dr. Falcao & the professional staff that I encountered today, Dr. Falcao & Krystal took their time & explained everything, they made me feel at ease. I don't regret leaving my other Dentist office at all, I recommend this Dentist office, it was a pleasure. Keep doing, what you're doing, you're outstanding.

I have been at Oakleaf Dentistry a few times not only for cleaning but also to have treatment done. I am very happy with their service. Dr. Falcao is very professional, patient and kind and take his time to explain everything. The whole team is very caring and pleasant. Oh, how we hate going to the dentist. It is usually the one place people neglect going to, unfortunately, getting distracted by everyday matters.
That won't happen again!
After neglecting for a few years not going to the dentist and moving, my son and I recently had a first appt here to become established new patients.
The technician and dentist, Dr. Falcao, were outstanding with thorough exams, including xrays & 3D imaging, and a complete explanation of procedures, issues & plan of action to get back to maximum oral health again. Dr. Falcao truly expressed he cares about his patients' oral health! All of the staff, including front desk personnel, were very polite and attentive, making every moment comfortable. The facility was very clean and neat.
We look forward to lasting healthy beautiful smiles at Oakleaf Family Dentistry... with my granddaughter next to go.

Love, Love Love the dentistry!
My family and I have gone to this dentistry for years! The office is neat, clean and comfortable! My family and I are not very comfortable with dentistry of any sort. Dr. Falcoa explains what he is going to do, why he is going to do it and how to care for the work he is performing at home! He makes everything so much simpler and take the fear out of visiting a dentist office! Kudos to Dr.Falcoa! See you in 2016!

The Dr and staff is amazing. Helpful, kind and definitely wonderful. My only concern is that when you make an appointment, you usually have to waiting 15-30mins to get into the appointment. Other than that, I highly recommend them

Hey y'all, I had a bridge replaced and its tons better than it was from a different dentist site (Gr.....rg). I would reccommend this place to my mom! The dentist was extremely skilled and professional as well as comforting and so was the entire assistants. Go see for yourself. They're Great!
