Multiple issues with office staff over the years we have been going here. Hygienists are great, but when the office staff is rude and will not assist in maintaining healthy teeth something needs to change. They canceled an appointment after we had confirmed it, rescheduled for 6 months out (child going 11 months between cleanings) I was on the cleaning every 3 months plan for years, staff decided that since I needed to reschedule that meant I could wait a total of 9 months between cleanings.

I hate going to the dentist. Bad (awful) experiences in the past. I loved Dr. Falco and his associates. If dentists like this were accessible to me earlier on, I wouldn't be in the predicament I am today. They are very professional and welcoming. They tell you what's going on and explain treatment to you. I feel like I should make a commercial about them. Great experience!
