Wonderful staff, great experience they made me feel very comfortable, I felt relax thru the whole process. Thank you. I would recommend this dentist office to everyone.

Always a pleasant experience from start to finish. Employees and Dr. Falcao makes an unpleasant experience a pleasant one. Anytime someone is shopping for a dentist, I refer them to OFD.

I was warned about going here by a friend saying they like to add random charges months later. Months after I got dental care here and paid in full I received another bill saying I was over 30 days past due. They also tried to double charge my wife almost $700. Not trustworthy.

Highly dissapointed to leave this review.
But this place has drastically changed.
I and my family have spent thousands here.
I made an appointment in June for a cleaning
I showed up on the 10th of August and the office was closed. No e mail or phone call.
I was bumped to Sept 12..hurricane.
Then I received a call on the 13th bumping me to January.
It appears from what I was told that new patients take presidence over faithful existing patients.. I'm sure for more money.
There was no apology or attempt to make things better.
I had also referred many people as well as my family.
We just handed them a release form to switch to another dentist and they simply don't care.
I am shocked that this place I used to love has treated us this way.Now they have sent over very few X rays to my new dentist and because of their neglect I have to have more work done.
Believe me most reviews that are good have no names on their website.

This is my family dentist. They are taking care of my teeth and they keep me educated. I have a relationship with this business. I am invested in them and they in me. The staff is very good and caring. I love Dr. Falcao. This is a good practice.

My wife Heidi and I had a bad experience with Dr. Falcao in Oakleaf Family Dentistry (First seen on May 29 2019). She (my wife) was in a lot of pain because of a trauma caused in two of her bottom teeth over 20 years ago (she's 33 now). Dr. Falcao said she needed a root canal. She had a cold sore and the dentist said he normally doesn't work on patients while they have cold sores but he would make an exception since she was in so much pain (he even mentioned she could just cover it with Abreva). His office booked us for the following day (May 30 2019), we even paid ahead for the procedure. I called out from work and she also took the day off. Less than 4 hours before our appointment, his office called saying "there was a miscommunication" between the female booking our appointment and the doctor since he will not work on my wife until 2 weeks later since she had the cold sore. The day before, he acknowledged the sore and said he would make an exception in front of my wife, the female employee and I. There was NO miscommunication, just a lost day of work for my wife and I because of the last second change of mind from the doctor. My wife and I were extremely disappointed with the office. Also, most of these positive reviews are because this dentist office asks patients to "please leave us a positive review" after the first consultation. I recommend leaving an HONEST review after your full experience is complete.

Everyone was friendly and the entire staff followed protocol when cleaning their equipment. I was blown away with the thorough cleaning, any and all problems were found. I referred my mom and will continue to refer family/friends 😊
