My experience in this dental office was the best ever! It is very clean, neat and clutter-free. The office manager, Maffe, was very attentive and professional. My paperwork was promptly processed. The dental assistant, Jackie, was very professional, efficient and friendly. Dr. Caceres was very thorough and explained the intraoral photos, radiographs and the oral cancer screening. He was very patient, answered all of the questions I had and was easy to understand. My dental hygienist, Suzanne, did an excellent job explaining the periodontal exam, thoroughly and painlessly cleaned my teeth and educated me about how to take care of my teeth and gums at home. I highly recommend Amazing Smiles Dentistry! Best experience ever! They truly are Amazing!

The office staff is always bright, cheerful and knowledgeable. When my husband (also a patient) had a sore gum from very traumatic dental work done the week before, the staff took him right in....they checked the gum area and tooth and made sure everything was ok. Even the doctor came in to see him! We were very impressed! We have even recommended Amazing Smiles to friends!

The Staff is AMAZING!! Everyone at amazing Smiles is so friendly! I haven’t been to the dentist in a very long time, just because I didn’t think I need to and also I didn’t want to go. Something came up where I needed to go! I got referred to this place and I have not regretted it once! The staff there makes me feel like family! Definitely recommend this place to get your teeth cleaning etc.

Dr. Caceres and his staff are incredible. They all were so kind that my fear disappeared. I struggled with the fear of dentistry and it took 3 years to find my home here after moving to Florida. You can get product (fillings, novacaine, tooth brushes) anywhere....for me it is always about the people. The folks here have captured my trust in one visit. For me it is Amazing Smiles. I have not smiled in years and I have the confidence with this office after a few more visits, I will be smiling again.

My wife and I love Amazing Smiles for many reasons. First of all, they are a great family practice and offer a wonderful experience for adults and children alike. My kids actually look forward to going to the dentist. Imagine that.
In addition to their exceptional service, their new office is setup with the latest technology in dentistry. Their x-ray machine creates a sharp 180-degrees picture of your mouth, and they also utilize a special camera to take enlarged photos of your teeth. Dr. Cáceres used both set of pictures to illustrate clearly what was happening with my teeth. For the first time in my life, I was able to see what the dentist sees – in large, high-definition pictures. Therefore, I am 100% confident about the decisions we made because I saw exactly what the doctor was referring to.
As a surgeon, Dr. Cáceres also introduced to his practice a cancer scan to ensure his clients are always healthy. It uses a special light and only takes a few minutes but it is effective in detecting potential issues that most people are not aware of until cancer is well developed.
All in all, my family’s experience with Amazing smiles is excellent, and we happily recommend it to all our friends and family.

Dentist is good, but I consider changing because there is NEVER anywhere to sit in the waiting room! I have to stand while my daughter gets her teeth cleaned. There is a whole empty wall where they could put seats. There are plenty of dentists in the world that can actually provide a comfortable waiting experience. Receptionist isn't very personable. Why doesn't the dentist care that his patients have to stand? There is a sign stating "due to occupancy limitations we ask that patients be accompanied by one family member". However people usually bring two members w them.
