Dr Caceres is an excellent caring dentist. Now that being said, my experience with the receptionist was horrible. First of all I arrived at the office five minutes before my appointment. She got upset because I did not provide her with the insurance information before the appointment, well I didn't have insurance before. Than she accuses me of being late, my appointment at 9, I arrived at 8:55. She was rude and disrespectful. The receptionist is a very important part of a good business . Good customer service is absolutely essential. It's a shame that Desiree has not learned that.

experience. Dr. Caceres was kind, gentle and
did an amazing job. Kitty was wonderful and loved making my temporary crowns. Receptionist was very pleasant.

I went to Dr. Caceres in intense pain, thinking that I had a cavity. The wonderful ladies in his office were able to get me in the same day, even though I had never been a patient prior to this emergency. Dr. Caceres was so gentle ( I am a true Dental Phobic) during his exam and xray of the area I was amazed. He informed me that my problem was an infection in my gums, and that is was sever enough that it would be best for me to see a specialist, a periodontist. He did everything in his power to address my pain issues of the moment, to hold me over till I could get the help of the specialized treatment I needed. The prescriptions he gave me have given me much need relief. His concern, and that of Jackie his assistant was so touching and needed at that time. I will be making Dr. Caceres and his staff my regular dentist in the future and recommending them to all of my friends. Their equiptment is state of the art, the office is impeciable and his knowledge of a field outside of his own specialty impressive.
