I've found Dr. Canceres to be warm, friendly and very competent, but I can't say the same for his office staff. My wife and I had a cleaning scheduled for January 8th, but when the office called they said cleanings couldn't be scheduled for nearly a month because the hygienist was on vacation. I tried to get clarification on this, but the receptionist wasn't very friendly or helpful. Unfortunately we will return to our former Dentist, where we feel the office staff is as professional as the Dentists. Dr. Canceres, I'm sending you a letter explaining our reasons for leaving and marking it private and confidential. Hopefully your staff will forward it to you.

I had 3 wisdom teeth pulled today and of course was nervous. dr.caceres was amazing he made me feel comfortable the whole time. He made sure I was numbed up good and had no pain. I wanted to be put under but insurance didn't cover it. I would have paid over $1,000.00 I'm glad i didn't pay because dr.caceres was amazing with me and had no discomfort. He's the best dentist I've been to.. I recommend him to anyone..

This review is from Cheryl Martinez. I went to Dr. Casares for a routine check up as our previous dentist is in Texas. Haven't been back to Texas in four years. Dr. Casares found that a crown that was put on my tooth back in 1987 was bad and needed replacing. When the time came to actually do the work on my tooth I was very frightened. Dr. Casares and his assistant Jackie put me at ease. I have a fear of being hurt, not anymore as Dr. Casares was very gentle and told me everything that he was going to do. Thank you so much for your kindness.

I was dropped as a patient because they didn't agree with my dental insurance backing me up by saying, if they try to over charge you by suggesting you need an extensive cleaning give us a call. My insurance stated "We don't put up with Doctors trying to over charge customers". I guess they didn't like those words, so they just dropped me. Real professional LOL!!

Office staff should learn Lawful policies...can NOT deny a patient their medical records for non payment of services/bogus charges.
Waiting 55 minutes to see Dr and then be charged a fee for a cancelled appt due to family crisis...office staff shows no compassion nor empathy!
Not sure Doctor is aware of how disrespectful some of the staff could be....but since their all related & family, I guess that makes it ok.
