I would like to take the time to thank Lee vista dental for being very helpful through my emergency situation. Even though I was not a patient of them, only called for information, and was not able to make it to the appointment they would still call to make sure I was doing well. Unfortunately I made the mistake of going to a different dentist and not Lee Vista dental and I truly regret that decision.

My tooth was badly cracked , I was at the end of my rope , a friend made the call. They waited for me at 430pm on Friday December 23..The office manager was waiting for me in the parking lot... Wow.. Dr Garland is amazing..Great personalities and service . Dr Garland a young man is fantastic in his technique and professionalism .. Without hesitation I do recommend Lee Vista Dental.

They were all so nice and dental hygienist was very thorough. I'm glad I switched dentist, as the last dentist office wanted to charge me $15 for PPE, which was ridiculous and the pandemic isn't the patient's fault.

All we all do procrastinate at times, I myself am guilty especially when it comes to the dentist. I was seen in May for what I thought was a lost filling. However, it turned out to be much more. Dr. Lounsberry came up with a treatment plan and I of course did not follow through. Then a few months later I started having pain in the tooth. I called the office and they were able to get me in the next day. Dr. Lounsberry was not in and I saw Dr Singh. He was able to take care of the problem. Everyone from the receptionist, dental assistant and all the staff were wonderful. I would highly recommend this practice.

WATCH YOUR BILL.
They have deceptive billing practices. The first time I went I was informed a normal cleaning wasn't enough and had to get a deep cleaning for extra cost. Later found out this was untrue. This last visit they added floride treatment without my consent and tried to bill me for it. I refused and after complaining they forgave it. Their quality of work seems good, but I will not be returning.
