Everyone is extremely nice and professional!
I usually hate going to the dentist, however, they are gentle and now I do not mind going to the dentist!

I really can't say why I picked Lee Vista but I'm very glad I did. My appointment was set for 10:00 am and since it was first time there was ask to come in 30 minutes earlier to fill out paperwork, not unusual. But what was unusual is after I was finished my paperwork (approximately 10:00) I was greeted by my hygienist Mindy and was taken to the exam area where I was treated with respect and made to feel like I was at home. Not once was I left alone in room #3 for more then a minute, they are very attentive and seem to know your time valuable. After my exam and X-rays I was introduced to my Dentist Dr. Bruno Lounsberry, she went over all the X-rays in terms I could understand and gave me different options. All in all I can say I made the rite choice in going to Lee Vista Dental. Thank you for making a scary thing like going to the dentist a great experience.

Incompetent billing. I had my teeth cleaned in December was told I owed nothing, Late January insurance advised they won't cover it. I was then sent to collections in February without a bill. I called and got the fake apology and told they will take care of it. I didn't get a bill I got another collection letter after which I went to their office and paid and they were going to remove the collection charge. Guess what a week later I got another collection letter thanking me for a payment and wanting more money. This company is so incompetent I would not recommend them to anyone. This isn't the first time they messed up with billing and insurance. Now I have to find a dentist that can handle billing and give a damn about their patients

Received a mail offer for Exam, X-rays, and Cleaning for $59.00. Received X-ray and Cancer Screening, didn't get the cleaning and was charged $70.00 for the visit. The Dentist gave me a $2,500. estimate for work he said I needed: periodontal cleaning and 4 cavities. He said a cleaning wouldn't be of benefit to me, I disagreed but ended leaving very disappointed. - WOW- Update: a month later I received an invoice in the mail for $64.00 - didn't say what the charge was for, said it was 30 days past due 👎 Shysters! Crooked!

The only reason I am giving this location 4 stars instead of 5 is because, let's face it... it's the dentist. Nobody actually "Loves" going to the dentist.

That said, the staff at Lee Vista Dental provided fantastic service. I originally discovered this office simply because my annual screening at the base turned up some cavities (rats, so much for that perfect record!) and this was the closest office to my residence on the Tricare approved list. I'm very glad that I did, though. I have been to Lee Vista Dental twice now, once for the new-client exam and a regular cleaning, and the second time for the fillings I needed, and both times I was very impressed with both the facility and its staff.

Lee Vista Dental's equipment is top-of-the-line. The facility itself is well laid-out, with a floor plan that feels "open" and accessible while still giving the feeling of privacy in whichever exam bay your appointment takes place in. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous without being overbearing (personally, I can't stand businesses that try to kiss your you-know-what, so I greatly appreciated that last part.) All of these things combine to create a dental practice that takes the "sting" out of needing to go to the dentist. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone.

No one likes going to the Dentist, but I won't go anywhere else. Thank you Dr. Singh for taking care of me and my fears, and much appreciation to Victoria. She is the best dental hygenist around! I will see you guys soon!
