They people who work there are nice but very pushy sells tactics. Went for an annual cleaning and check up. They took additional 20 mins to scan my whole mouth just to show me what Invisalign would do. Never asked me if I was interested in it to begin. I was there for 2 hours for cleaning and X-ray. Never got to see results from the X-ray or a flouride treatment. They were too busy trying to sell other products. One of the ladies said “don’t you like coming here, it’s like a spa”. Um, I’ve been to a spa before, no it’s not.

Visited Lee Vista, which is a half hour further than my regular Dentist, on a family referral. Well my family member was 100% on. The Doctors (Kim and Lounsberry) are very knowledgeable, and take the time to explain the procedures to you in layman's terms. The staff also make it easy to visit the location, working with your insurance. I highly recommend this office for all (they cover a wide array of procedures) of your dental needs.

The service and denstist, etc are EXCELLENT, but the reason I gave them one star is because apparently knowing the insurance would not cover a portion of the treatment plan they had outlined, they whent ahead without giving me notice and the opportunity to accept or decline their treatment plan cost and do the work. Keep in mind their dental treatment outline makes you responsible for anything the insurance company does not pay for. So it's up to you to find out from your insurance company what they will cover one they give you their treatment plan cost.

I went into this office for an abscess due to an infection. I'm very anxious about going to the dentist, but Dr. Lounsberry and all of her staff were very friendly and made me feel at ease with the procedure. I had to have local anesthesia and honestly Dr. Lounsberry has hands of an angel, I barely felt anything. I would recommend this office to anyone who has dental needs.
