Time To Smile Dental, Evan Hathaway DDS and Kyle Pelletier DMD

I don't normally write reviews but I felt I had to in this case. I've had two horrible experiences with previous dentists so much to the point that I had made up my mind never to visit one again. Then my wife told me about Evan and crew at Time to Smile and since not ever seeing a dentist is not really realistic I decided to give them a try. I am absolutely blown away about how gentle and caring this entire team was. Besides doing great work, they were always concerned with my comfort level and went out of their way to make sure I was always comfortable and satisfied, even while sitting in the chair!!

While the entire squad was SUPERB, two really stick out in my mind and that is Evan and Suzy, both amazing human beings who not only made sure I was informed and comfortable on what they were doing, but on a personal 1 on 1 talking level I could tell they are just good caring people. As a matter of fact everyone I made any contact with at Time to Smile was excellent but I just can't remember all their names :).

So if you're in the same boat I was and have concerns or are nervous about it, DON'T be. Just go and you'll see, and afterwards you'll be writing a review just like I am now, that's how confident I am in their workmanship and concern for their patients that you'll have a good experience along with a new dentist.

Writing a review for a dentist is certainly relative, since I have no interest in people working on my mouth EVER. I can say however, that I really don't know how one could have a better experience than receiving treatment at Dr. Hathaway's office. From the moment I walked into the cozy and inviting reception area, until my initial exam was completed, I was thoroughly impressed.

Dr. Hathaway, his staff and his facility gave me the initial comfort, trust and confidence after trying them out on a visit to make them my primary dentist.

It's just an environment where everyone has a friendly and happy attitude that is contagious. The knowledge, individual concern and care that was tailored to me was something I had never experienced. There is just something that breeds comfort when you feel everyone loves going to work. I have since had two crowns and restorative work (not to mention sleeping while doing it) completed, besides regular maintenance. I even told my wife to ditch her dentist of over 20 years to join me with Dr. Hathaway.

I recommend with enthusiasm giving this crew a visit if you are looking for professional, competent and family friendly dentistry.

Update: This is my absolute favorite dental office! I have been a few times since my last review and I am so happy with the care I receive when in the office, then entire staff is amazing! Dr. Pelletier is an awesome dentist to go to!

I was so nervous to have my dental work done. Dr. Pelletier was super gentle and efficient. He totally eased my nervousness. The customer service was above par. I am a cash pay patient, and I struggle to find dentists who don’t overcharge me, this office is extremely reasonably priced. The office is nicely decorated, clean with brand new technology which makes the exam more enjoyable. I was given a blanket to help me relax. I loved it and highly recommend to everyone!

I’ve been going to Dr. Hathaway for over 10 years. He is not close to me whatsoever, but I make the trip because this practice is hands down the best dental experience I have ever had. I recommend all of my family and friends to him. He and his staff are the best!

Customer focus and service is off the charts. I was given the tools I needed to make a decision on my dental care moving forward. I received the pros and cons information as well as cost considerations that were helpful in making my decision.

Dr Hathaway recently created a new smile for me. He is an excellent cosmetic dentist, and is very passionate about his work!
I found him to be kind, caring, able to offer his opinion, but also open to listening to me about my opinions and concerns.
His dental hygienist, Suzanne, is also very personal, and a very skilled practitioner! They make a great team and work well together.
I found them both to be highly sensitive to managing their patient's pain tolerance, both during and after procedures. I greatly appreciated this as I needed some extra pain medicine.
I now have a beautiful, white, straight smile that is conformed to my mouth and face, but looks completely natural. I could not be happier!!!!!!

I have been going to dentist Hathaway for over 25 years now. I have only had great experience. Love the friendly, personable and caring staff. Greatly appreciate Dentist Hathaway. His skill and his great ability to connect with you, explains what he going to do, talks you through the procedure while It is taking place. His extreme interest to get it perfect. Who likes to go to the dentist? I always return uplifted, with a smile and feeling good.

Such a pleasant experience for me. I have HIGH anxiety about dental work! Dr. Hathaway and is staff are awesome. They explain their procedures throughly and answer any questions you may have.

I am terrified of going to the dentist, however, I can’t recommend this place enough! Dr Pelletier did a fantastic job and made me feel very comfortable despite having had 3 root canals at once. Laura ended up being like a friend I had known for years by the end, she was kind and did a really good job keeping me relaxed. Dr Hathaway even stopped by to talk to me as well and he too is so kind. I would highly recommend coming here, I can’t wait for my next appointment!
