I was having a significant amount of pain in my jaw over the weekend and needed help. I gave their office a call and within 30 minutes on a Saturday Dr. Pelletier called me back and sent in a prescription to the pharmacy so I could get through the weekend. He was able to see me in first thing on Monday morning for the procedure I needed and he did an excellent job. Professional, extremely knowledgable, great communication - It could not have been a better experience. I am incredibly grateful for Dr. Pelletier and his teams help. Dr Evan Hathaway and his staff are some of the best smile improvers anyone could ever have! They are such a pleasure to be around! Everyone was very caring and concerned about my comfort. I had neck surgery a year ago and the staff (especially Suzy (love her name!)) made sure I was comfortable and that Dr Hathaway didn't forget I was a "special case". I've been to several dentists in the valley and I rate Dr Hathaway a 10+ (on a scale of 1-10). The entire staff is very professional, caring and helpful!
I went to Dr Hathaway because my teeth were aging the same way the rest of my body is and they looked it! I feel a smile is very telling of ones personality. Not to mention it improves your mood! Okay, my mood. 😄 Not only did Dr Hathaway improve my mood, he made me feel younger. He has a gift for knowing what to do to make you feel better and how to show that to everyone you meet! My husband and I have had Dr. Evan Hathaway since 1994. We were recommended to him by a friend who is a Dental Hygienist. He is the best dentist we have ever had in 40 years of marriage. Even when we moved out of state, we would visit Idaho and make sure we saw him for our dental appointments. Our 3 children "loved" visiting the dentist throughout their childhood--just to show you how wonderful he and his staff are. You will also enjoy visits to the dentist once you have Dr. Hathaway as a dentist.

Our family has been going to Dr Hathaway's office since we moved to the Treasure Valley in 1995. From our littlest children to my 81 year old father, we have each been treated with sympathetic kindness and excellent dental care. I called around to a couple places (crying the entire time) looking for a dentist that would put up with my ridiculous behavior. I didn't find Time to Smile, one of the other offices actually suggested I call them. I figured they must have earned some respect if other offices are referring potential patients to them. I wasn't disappointed! Kyle is great and has that goofy easy going personality to help put you at ease but most importantly he's dedicated to answer any and all of your questions for those over thinkers (like me). I've never had a dentist actually give a number to call after hours. Then Laura the most amazing dental assistant. She is so very smart, kind and intuitive. She's not scared to tell you how it is and I can't tell you how comforting that is! For someone who cries the entire time at an office it's nice to be treated with respect none the less. They make quite the team! If I could rate them higher, I would.
