I had a badly infected tooth and I went in to this office to see if they could help. I spoke to both of the ladies at the billing department about setting up a payment plan to first get the tooth opened up then to return and get a root canal. I was happy with our agreement however when I returned to get the root canal they said they would not do the payment plan with me and I would need X amount of money up front to do the procedure. This would cost me my entire paycheck. So now I am left with a tooth that is still infected and has a giant hole in it because they did not keep their end of the promise to complete the work. Now on to the billing department. I had made agreements to have X amount of money taken from my account every payday however they continually take out money as they please and refuse to refund it. They are absolutely awful people to work with and their number 1 concern is what's in your wallet, not you. I would avoid this place by any means possible if you need dental work done.
