Family Dental Health Center

They are great. I really like Dr. Staley. He knows what he is doing and he is very thorough. The staff is also very friendly. They get 4 stars because I had to go somewhere else to have my son’s wisdom teeth removed because they wouldn’t re-submit my claim. That was frustrating, but as a dentist, they’re great.

Dr. Aaron Barborka had to remove 7 teeth of mine and he did absolutely amazing job. I’m really happy with all the staff and would recommend anyone to go there. Dr. Aaron Barborka is absolutely amazing. I thank you all for your excellent service.

We took our kids to this dental office because they were well recommended. The person at the front desk was not the nicest person. Maybe she was having a bad day today. I was hoping she would notice her behavior before she made herself and that office look bad in my eyes but she did not. She finally made a weak attempt of an apology at the end. After being treated this way we immediately cancelled all future appointments for my kids. We expected better service than what we received.

I have gone to Family Dental for about 10 years and every single time has been a great experience. Dr. Burtenshaw is awesome! He is very kind and lets you know what is going on every step of the way. The staff is always super friendly and they make it a fun experience. I am always surprised at how welcome I feel here. I would recommend this office to anyone!

I couldn't have been happier with Family Dental Health Center. I was very nervous and emotional since it has been about 6 years since I had been to a dentist. I knew I had a lot off work to be done and I was extremely embarrassed of my teeth. They were very patient and understanding with me. They also encouraged me and empathized with me. I went in and started having a full blown panic attack and I left feeling comfortable and capable of being able to save my teeth. I am so glad I chose to go to Family Dental Health Center and will continue going back for the rest of my life.

The staff were cheery and helpful just wonderful really. Very thorough and professional. I would recommend this place to anyone who is kind and wants to feel well taken care of.

We went in today to have my daughter have x-rays an exam and a consultation. We had every question answered that we had and we have prices on the things we need to have done on a regular basis. We are newer to Idaho and didn't have a dentist in Idaho yet and this place was a very nice clean and pretty place with very pleasant staff. We are glad to have found a new place to have our dental needs taken care of and so close to home too which was a plus. Thanks!

I’ve been a patient at family dental for more years than I can count! They’ve always treated me as family and always take time to visit besides excellent treatment! My husband has a brother in law that is a dentist and I refused years ago to switch from “my” dentist to his family dentist!! They’ve always been there when I needed them and always made time for me even when they were swamped! I will always. Value their professional abilities and their friendship!! Linda Bradley

Nice family dentistry. They did a good job of making sure I was comfortable and we're very friendly and professional...I was a little upset that my appointment was for 2pm and they didn't start the procedure until 3. I could tell they were busy. That's the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars. As long as I am in Idaho falls I will go here
