Excellent job from start to finish. Mandie went way beyond to helping out with my insurance, copay, appointments, etc.... Dr Patel was very polite, easy to talk to, very thorough and to the point of what was necessary and what could wait. The Hygienist (Kim) did an awesome job going through every nook and cranny of my mouth, teeth and gums. Very gentle and did an outstanding job explaining what she was doing and why. The office was very modern and clean. The equipment to the best of my limited knowledge was modern and well taken care of. Overall I'm very pleased with the quality of service I received. 5 STAR PLUS********************

Overall, my experience at the office and with the staff was great. However, as a new patient - it would have been incredibly helpful to know that the first visit was ONLY for x-rays, and a simple dental check-up. I was frustrated to learn that I needed to have ANOTHER appointment for the actual cleaning. This would have been great to know up-front when I made the initial appointment via phone call. Thankfully, I have a pretty open schedule and they were able to get me in as soon as the billing woman was finished talking with me. They certainly make sure all "boxes are checked" with insurance and payments much more quickly than they let one know they have to make second appt for the actual cleaning.

Well, I got scammed here because apparently I had horrible periodontitis and when I got a second opinion from another dentist, they said my 25 year old gums were pretty healthy. Probably won’t come back here again since periodontitis is the easiest way for dentists to make money. Wish I knew that before I paid them.

The staff and Dr. Patel was so helpful when I called for an emergency visit. They were able to get me in on the same day and and resolve the issue by the next day. Hygienist worked with me and was able to get me scheduled for the following week

First, I would like to see that the Hygienist is awesome, she was the only person that made me feel unjudged and comfortable. I went in for a tooth ache (not knowing that this location doesn't offer root canals) and I received a very daunting plan that include getting 4 teeth pulled and needed a bridge on the tooth that was in pain. I asked several times if this was the best option for this tooth to which I was told yes several times. Once the temporary bridge was put in, I was in IMMENSE pain. The bridge fell out in 2 days and I went in AGAIN letting them know I was in a lot of pain. Dr. Patel refused to get me any antibiotics, even though I called twice CRYING OVER THE PHONE asking for antibiotics to help until I can get in to an endodontic. The Endodontic was shocked at the infection I had by the time I got in a week later. Will not be returning and have a huge bill to pay.

When you think about going to the dentist not many people smile about the thought .. but coming to Aspen Dental with an amazing dentist like Dr Patel and staff to match you can't help but to get excited about going! They are so personable and even though I haven't been a patient for years , I feel like it every time I walk through those doors! I would recommend anyone to this office ! You won't be disappointed :)
