As soon as I walked in Jasmin gave me a warm welcome! It was my first time but everyone made me feel at home. Joey, was super helpful, he told me what he was going to do before he was gonna do it; helped me calm my nerves down a little bit. Kim was also very sweet! She explained everything thoroughly, and reassured that everything will be ok! Dr.
Patel is so sweet and kind and made me feel like he actually cares! The whole team was amazing. Even afterwards Rachel helped me with so much stuff, and helped my plan my next appointments right away! Loved it!!!

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone specially any new patients who don't know the red flags of a bad dentist. The dentist i saw wanted to replace all of my fillings, some i just got done a year or so back. they also wanted to do 5 crowns on teeth i have no problems with. Also they wanted to do a over $500 deep cleaning on my teeth that included a $135 electric toothbrush that insurance didn't cover and wasn't stated to me until I ask for a detailed statement. So I got a second opinion who didn't understand or could justify why I would have needed a crown on any of teeth or the deep cleaning. Always get a second opinion when you feel something isn't right.

Had problems with Aspen always canceling my appointments if I couldn't come in earlier that same day. Finally decided to go with another dentist. I was told and was treated for peridontal disease at Aspen. This was extremely expensive and I am a self pay. My new dental hygienist found no paridontal disease just one watch area. Aspen had me buying toothpaste that was 70.00 a tube. I guess I'm still shocked at how a business I trusted basically lied and took financial advantage of me. After reading reviews I see that this is a regular pratice for Aspen dental. I will absolutely recommend that no one uses thier service's. I also had 2 phantom cavities that didn't show up on my new xrays. DO NOT TRUST these folks!!!!!)

Dr. Patel is amazing! My wisdom teeth are out with only novacane shots and super fast and didn't break a one. Really knows what he is doing and very gentle! His assistant Selma is very kind and gentle as well! Thanks again!!

The entire staff at this office has been awesome. I'm so happy with my treatment plan. I hadn't been to the dentist for a while, but I'm glad my new insurance covers such a great place. Dr. Patel and his whole staff are wonderful, and I cannot recommend them enough!

Great and friendly staff as well multiple payment options to fit your budget. The dental assistant Selma, the dentist Dr. Patel, the hygienist Kimberly, and the office manager Rachel all did great, and made me feel comfortable. They are highly recommended. Kimberly has my teeth looking and feeling great after the cleaning.

I came to aspen dental as a recommendation for a place that works on a plan to assure you get the best out of each visit. What I love about here is the dentist I had he was so attentive, did not make me wait for him to examine me, and I didn’t have a long wait in the waiting room either I didn’t even get to finish my paper work so I finished it while speaking with the aid tech which was very nice and asked a lot of questions and answered mine and got to know my situation financially and pain scale. The dr. Patel asked what he could do short term and long term and what I want out of each visit and he was also very nice and understanding. That was my first visit and he made a plan for me and the work I’ve been needing for so long. Since they were closing soon he could not do the first procedure but I was scheduled first thing next day for two execrations. And the billing lady Rachel was so kind and helpful and wanted to do the best for my financial situation which was awesome and she really was putting herself in my shoes with sympathy. The procedure was virtually painless and dr Patel has a great technique in order to make sure you feel no pain. My whole visit start to finish was 45 min and as soon as I left pain medications and antibiotics were already in progress at my pharmacy. I don’t write reviews and if you have read this all you know this is an outstanding place where you will get top quality treatment. I highly recommend aspen dental Machesney Park and will continue to go thru them with ANY dental needs.

The staff is always so friendly and have smiles on their faces. Kim my hygienist was very knowledgeable and explained effectively my current problem I was having. Highly recommend them after my recent visit. Dr Patal here is top notch in his work.

Unfortunately my experience was TERRIBLE!!! Due to the receptionist. The doctor was GREAT, but her attitude and professionalism will definitely push turn you away and make your overall experience bad. This dental office should pay close attention to who they have as the face of the their office. Her only concern was making a payment and she couldn't care less about anything else. It would be hard for me to reccomend this dentist due to HER presence only. Very disappointed and intimidated when my FIRST time experience should have been the best.
