Aspen Dental

I had a wisdom tooth extraction and I felt everything. The most horrendous pain! They rushed me out of the office probably so other patients would not get scare. Any good dentist should know that if you have an infection the anesthesia won’t work. They are suppose to treat the infection first and then schedule you appointment for the extraction. I didn’t know I had it until it was too late and she didn’t stop pulling my tooth! Then she said you are a trooper” and rushed me out!

The emotional and physical pain associated with an emergency trip to a new dentist makes for a tense situation for most people, it's really difficult for someone who is extra anxious in general. Dr Dietz, Bailey and the other staff at Aspen really did a great job helping me feel comfortable and making my experience as positive as possible. I would recommend them to anyone, but especially to those who have anxiety issues about dental work.

The x-ray tech was very kind and professional, Dr. Hendrix was very professional and obviously highly skilled, Ms. Chancy, the office manager was very helpful and willing to work with my financial situation. This was a very pleasing and high class visit.

After having an issue with my dentures breaking I saw an add about aspen dental dentures and how they were made in house and how affordable they are. I decided to give them a try but to my disappointment they took forever with everything except taking my money. I had to wait over 2 months for my dentures to come in and after they did and I went in to get them they were terrible. They didn’t fit at all. They kept trying to say it was due to my anatomy, like the shape of my mouth changed in 2 months time!!! That’s BS!!! They wanted to do a reline where they put more material in the dentures and then have you bite down and make a new impression. When it’s done you have a denture that is thicker and less comfortable than they were meant to be at the start. Plus it wasn’t going to be done immediately that day I was going to have to wait again. This in my opinion is crazy. To whoever that decides to go here for dentures, think long and hard about it before you do. Sometimes paying more means you get more. Paying less your get what you pay for!!!!

Staff was great, went in for my first cavity filling. Never had shots in my mouth, they walked me through what would happen what they were doing to help my nervousness. Everything went great and I was pleased with the results and service.

This is not for me it is for my son. He’s been going there for 2 months and has experienced more and more pain. They just send him home and say come back in a couple days. Money has already been spent so can’t go anywhere else. How can you just let your clients continue to be in that much pain ?! Your suppose to be helping , not hurting. Something gotta give.

Canceled my 9:15 appointment at 9:00 said they tried to call me but the number they had on file wasnt even close to the number they was given so they could call me so now i dont have a appointment and itll be a while before i can get another one

I went earlier today and in tons of pain. I was a first time patient and they were quick and very informative on everything. They were able to squeeze me in and I'm very thankful since I did drive an hr there. Thank you all who helped me today, I saw quite a few people.

Entire staff is awesome. Put me at ease, and I'm terrified of dentists! Kept me constantly informed of what they were doing and why. This is the Owensboro, KY office and I highly recommend them.

OMG! Have not been to the dentist as I should,So the new year begins and I'm trying to get on the right track in 2015. Went to Aspen Dental here in Owensboro KY and I must say I had the time of my life with MY Hygentist, We had so much fun,during my cleaning,and she did an Awesome job, my hubby was like wow!. So I will recommend friends to give Aspen Dental a try and have the best Experience they have ever had going to the dreadful dentist. One happy customer :-)
