I was amazed how quickly they saw me, same day, a new patient and took care of my needed dental work. Everyone was very nice and professional and got it done quickly with as little pain as possible.

I've never had a dental office treat me anywhere close to the way Aspen dental has. I called and made an appointment and then I had to reschedule a couple of times . When I went in for my appointment everything was explained to me as it was done and all my questions were answered. My procedure was done professionally and painlessly. The staff at Aspen dental treated me with total respect from start to finish. I never thought I would say this about a dental office but with Aspen this was a great experience. The service was great…once they FINALLY got to me. I had an 8 A.M. appt and it was 8:45 before they called me back. Since I had another app’t downtown at 10:00 I was nervous the whole time . It seems the second appointment of the day should not be running 45 minutes behind!

From check-in to check-out I was thrilled with the excellent customer (patient) service!! Every single staff member was pleasant, helpful, and provided education and explanation of every step. When I first found out my insurance was dictating that this be my new dental office I was disappointed, but after my first visit today I am excited to be at what seems to be an even better dental office than the one I was with for 10 years! Thank you all for your kindness and great service!

The dentists and hygienists have been great. However, I've been upcharged for services my insurance doesn't cover twice and had to pay more than my quote both times. I had already scheduled and prepaid for my next cleaning so I decided to give them one more chance. I waited an hour past my appointment time before I was called in. When called in, they tried to charge me for services I already paid for. I have the receipt in hand showing payment. So I left without getting a checkup. I will be calling the accounting office and my credit card to make them aware of not getting services I paid for.

Everyone at aspen dental is so nice. Dr. Deitz was personable and spent all the time with me that I needed to make sure I love my smile. Amanda took great care of me as well. The office manager Makayla also took the time to talk to me about what my treatment plan would cost and how we could break up the payments. So happy with my visit and I’m actually not dreading my next dentist appointment.

Everyone was extremely friendly, and super helpful. I came in kind of bummed out about everything going on, but left feeling a little bit better. Going to cost me a lot of money, but I hope to feel a lot better from it. Overall, fantastic experience. Would recommend to anyone.

I can't figure out why anyone would leave a negative review. Dr. D has been wonderful. The entire staff has been amazing. I can think of a million things I'd rather do and spend money on, but if it has to be done, this is the place to do it. Thank you, all!
