Well it took an hour to get back there because the receptionist said I was a work in. Didn't know that coming in and didn't like it. The staff is very knowledgeable, kind and professional. Dentures are very expensive and the loan They tried to get me turned me down.

Worst place ever to get dentures, MRS. Deeds acted unprofessionally, but at the end let her flunkies do stuff she should have done, denture adjustments, shaving, contouring ,, etc you never seen her, she disappeared when questioned came about!!! Worthless place ever don’t go here they do what they want not what you want!!!

I went to Aspen Dental today little skeptical but was amazed on how nice the staff was! Not only were they amazing with doing all of my initial dental plan they were able to squeeze me in the same day so I could complete everything and schedule my extractions!!! Thank gosh!

As far as the staff and Dentists goes it was great, but the bathroom needed attention the wall beneath the hand dryer was very dirty and the floor along the wall dirty as well

One of the worst experiences I have ever encountered in my life.I had a tooth that needed to be pulled and I told her several time’s I wasn’t numb and she just kept pulling. I was crying uncontrollably and again kept pulling. She kept saying we can’t numb the pressure which was not the case. I left there and now have to pay an oral surgeon to remove my broken tooth. DON’T USE THEM THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!

I receive my parcel today and it didn't fit they insisted it fit so they drilled poked and prodded and poked and prodded and it did not fit it just didn't fit I mean there's been a lot of time tearing it up and making it worthless

They are all great the only problem was the price it is expensive but they worked it out to get my tops replaced at least and do the bottoms at a later date

My son had a tooth break and they were open on Saturday, so his wife went in to get him into the dentist. He was in terrible pain and up all night long in pain. They say on their site and on their door they take walk ins and it says they take emergencies on their site. . They would not take him bc it was on a Saturday, even though they were open until 3 and this was early in the morning when they went in. If you take emergencies, and someone is in terrible pain, and has been seen by your dentist before, then you should make that a priority. I would never go there or recommend anyone else to do so. My daughter “ was a patient “ of theirs. I have had X-rays done by them for a lot of work I need. I will not be going back nor my daughter. If you can’t see me in an emergency situation as a patient of yours, then I would not want to be a patient under your care. Nothing hurts like a bad tooth ache can.
