I love this place , the people here are so kind and very professional. The front desk worker Olivia is amazing and helped me tremendously. Everyone here is always helpful and they make u feel comfortable. I was always nervous going to the dentist but NOT here . Thank you .

People are nice but they’re not very thorough. I lost a tooth because “someone dropped the ball” on my crown which was paid for months ago. I assumed they’d tell me since I had scheduled implants and paid for it in full but they never did until my tooth erupted so now i have to get it extracted. They’re also not considerate of your time. Every appointment, I had to wait nearly an hour to see someone. 1 hour visits turn into 3-4 hours visits and it’s really irritating if you’re a busy person. Very nice people, just not very professional and I hate giving bad reviews but my experience there warranted one.

This place is horrible Dr. Scipione convinced me to get his high tech same day porcelain crown. Within a month it cracked. After paying hundreds of dollars for it and sneakily charged twice for. They replace it. And it chips again. I went to another dental office Penn dental and they told me many things wrong with that tooth. One it’s not the right material to be a molar tooth. And that there is a gap in the gum line like it wasn’t put in right. And today still having it just cracked off after eating rice and salmon. Run from this office seriously. It may look nice and fancy but prepare for a botched job.

I had a great experience at Metairie Modern Dentistry! From the moment I walked in, Ms. Olivia at the front desk was so kind and helpful. The assistants were very sweet and professional, especially Marcella and Bev. My experience with Dr. Daigle was wonderful! She is so gentle and kind, and I trust her to take care of my dental needs as conservatively as possible while still treating the issues that can no longer be monitored. You can tell how much she truly cares for her patients’ well-being. I definitely would recommend Metairie Modern Dentistry and specifically Dr. Daigle to all my friends and family in the area!

Lauren and Dr. Daigle took absolutely fantastic care of me during my recent visit. Their friendly, welcoming energy made the appointment feel like a visit with friends rather than an anxiety-inducing chore, which most dentist appointments can be. I’ve had a lot of rough dentists in the past, but they were caring and gentle while also doing a great job of explaining the care and procedures in a clear way for those of us without experience in that field. If every visit is just like this one, I will never dread going to the dentist again.

So it’s a story. Went there to get a cleaning and was told I needed a “deep cleaning” I went in knowing all my wisdom teeth where impacted and I had two cavities. One on top of the other on my right side. Now these cavities had never hurt before but I knew they where there and my wisdom teeth would give me a headache here and there but that’s pretty much it. I went through with the cleaning and they put me on a payment plan. Pretty much ripped me off. Absolutely ridiculous. I have Humana dental. Should be good right? Nope. Out of pocket was more then 1000$. To top in off about a months later I start getting excruciating pain on the right side of my mouth. I figured maybe they hit something or cleaned a little to far into where my cavities where, so I go back and explain. This time they take another X-ray and of course they where sure to charge for it, and basically told me they did nothing and it’s just my tooth getting worse. Now I just find it really hard to believe I went a couple years with nothing and then after the cleaning bam! It pops up cause my teeth are getting worse. Now the icing on the cake they want $4000 to pull the two and the wisdom! Who has that? And 6000$ without insurance. I find it very convenient for them that this happened right after they cleaned my teeth. After my second appointment the dentist gave me a prescription for the pain and told me to make an appointment to get them pulled asap…I’ve decided to go elsewhere. I feel like this was done intentionally to make sure they make bank.

Jarvis & Olivia & Dr.Tingstram & Dr.Kelly & Kalonda was so nice. The whole team was GREAT.

Straight and to the tooth. They will let you know all the choices you have and the cost associated with them. Rock on
