First trip to the dentist for my son. The entire staff was helpful in calming his nerves and making it feel less "scary". The dental hygienist, Hope, was tremendous. She clearly and respectfully explained the process and instruments to him, which made him increasingly more conformable over time. By the end, my son couldn't stop talking. On the way to the car he said how quick the appointment went and wondered why they didn't use the same instruments on his teeth like they did for his (older) sister. :)
