went there several times, the dentist is professional (5 star) and caring, the staff are friendly. I had root canal and fillings, and very satisfied with both of them.
But I'm a little bit disappointed with the assistants, I was not comfortable during my visits. They talk with each other all the time (so noisy) and they may hurt you because they don't pay enough attention and don't ask if you are ok. Other than that, everything was great.

I am so pleased that this office was recommended to me. I live in Westland, so it's a little drive, but so worth it. The customer service service is OUTSTANDING. I have dealt with Dalana a couple of times and she has been friendly, informative, and professional. I worked in customer service for many years and I was impressed with her ability and compassion in answering my questions and working to get me seen at a time that was convenient for me. I several disabilities and the staff was very helpful. I am so happy at this office with everyone.

I've been going to Excel for two years now, and it has always been an enjoyable experience. The admin staff is always warm and courteous while still being professional. Very personable and friendly. The doctors and hygienists are wonderful people, and are great about letting you know what they're seeing and what they think is best for your oral health. They are good at discussing next steps and options for ongoing care, and I've never felt like I was pushed or scared into future treatments. I moved from Ann Arbor to Ypsilanti, and I still go to them because they're the best!

Really loved my experience here! I broke a tooth on Thursday and they were able to get me in today, worked with me Money wise, and did such a good job repairing my tooth that it looks brand new! Dr. Stone was professional, went over everything in detail and really took care of me(and he was cute, so, bonus.)
They were amazing about sanitation and I felt very safe despite the pandemic. The receptionists were so friendly and nice, and I was just really, really impressed. I didn't have a personal dentist before, but I'm planning on making this my primary dental care facility.

I was attracted by the numerous positive reviews and I can say with unwavering confidence that each and every single positive review is well-deserved. I've been in Ann Arbor for going on 3 years now and I have absolutely zero negative things to say about Excel. My appointments have always started right on time (sometimes even a few minutes early). The staff are all such wonderful people, from the lovely receptionists to the very capable doctors. I've personally have been working with Dr. Reddy for these last 3 years and she is simply magnificent. Very kind and takes the time to clearly explain everything. You can tell that she loves what she does and that makes her work that much better. If you are looking for a place to get your teeth checked out, look no further! 5/5 easy.
