They took me in for what I thought was an emergency and the service was excellent. Although the situation was minor, they took the time to examine the issue and come up with a plan for a permanent repair. I highly recommend this office.

***UPDATE****
The manager did fix the mistake they made and refunded my amount that i had to over pay from my visit 2 years ago. I forgot to update that back then.
I was there on the 10th of March this year and i was very pleased. The dental assistance ( i think that is what she is called) was very friendly and professional. I have a phobia of dentist office's and she made me feel comfortable. The doctor was very nice and explained what needed to be done and what could be done if i wanted more work that just my tooth pulled.
I went back today to get my tooth pulled and the dentist assistance was very nice too and made me feel at ease while waiting for the doc to come and pull my tooth. The doctor was amazing. He had my tooth out with no pain at all. I didn't even realize he was done.
The only problem i have is with the front staff. They are vey nice and friendly and professional but they always try to push more things to be done than what you really need done. I know they are only doing their job but it sometimes comes off as annoying. I would recommend them thought. Thanks again for making my mouth feel better

If i could give the dentist and the dental assistant that helped me a separate rating I would most definitely give them a 5+. They were excellent and very nice too.
Pricing i would give a 0 rating. They quoted me on a Wed a certain price to get some teeth pulled and i went on the Friday to get them pulled and it was double the price that i had in writing that they gave me 2 days before that.
They told me it must of been a "computer glitch" and made me pay the double price. (Which i was in excruciating pain so i was not going to argue. I just wanted to get them pulled out asap)
I have a lot of work to get done to my teeth. They had a schedule of crowns, fillings and a cleaning process they wanted me to do which they gave me the pricing for but i think i will go some where else to get it done because it was on the same print out that they told me was a "computer glitch" so i am sure it will be double the price when i go in to get the work done.

Had some necessary dental work done at Aspen Dental in Escanaba, MI a week ago. I was somewhat hesitant to even go in with everything going on but it couldn't wait. The staff and dentist were great--very careful, friendly and helpful. The offices were very nice too. They got me fixed up in no time and I was on my way happy! I have also had experience with the Marquette MI Aspen Dental office before they built a branch nearer to me, and they were great too. Very satisfied with both offices and glad the new one is closer to me. Thanks for all!

Beautiful offices, building, and the entire staff that I came in contact with were professional, personable and friendly. The dentist was Definately knowledgeable as were the ladies who assisted me. I also was able to get an appointment in a very short time and when one is in pain, that was and is a,blessing.
