I shared my review a week ago. It's still not here. Guess you didn't line what I had to say. Shady business at the best. Always check your consult paperwork out before you put any money down. Quoted my husband 122 an extraction. Then charged 264. Saying they were all surgical. He has 7 full teeth on top. The dr and 2 prior dentists said none were surgical. Crooked business. Makes you wonder how they bill insurance companies.what they said when confronted with it was that you have to pay the surgical fee and if it turns out they aren't, they'll refund the money. Lol. That's not how business should be done. You know they are only going to say all were surgical. Also I had put 300 down and didn't notice the change until after we left. So I called and told them he wasn't coming back and we wanted the 300 back. They said 7 to 10 days and we should have it. Let's hope so. And the whole 300. Very disappointed in the way they do business. Update, it's been 10 business days and still no refund.

Haven't gotten in yet!!!! My appointment was for 11am, my husbands for 11:45. I've been sitting here since10 :45( per their request first time patient 15 minutes early) four people came in after us.. I am now sc sitting in reception by myself, everyone including g my husband has been taken in ..its now 11:30...I got a text message this morning from the place telling me they were looking forward to meeting us at our 12 o'clock appointment( it was for 11)...poi red it out to the lady when I came in figuring it was a computer glitch they needed to address..maybe that's why I'm still sitting..punishment for being ....

Does anyone ever wonder why poor people can't get dental insurance covered by the state?
An insurance card can cover doctors hospital visits everyday all day long but never a dentist.
Is it because they are all crooks frauding the system when these dentist get caught the insurance from the state doesnt pay out so therefore the dentists stopped accepting it.
Its such a shame theres so many lying theives in our town so much organized crime.

It was an ok visit but I dislike that you have to pay for 60% of your future treatment just to schedule said future treatment appointment and that's with very good insurance. Also waited over an hour past appointment time. That was with paperwork filled out before the appointment and showing up 20 minutes early.
