Deerhaven Family Dentistry

I had my first appointment with Dr. Beers on Thursday. I had a broken tooth and needed a crown. Dr. beers got me in the next day. I was a little nervous it was going to be painful but in the end, it was by far one of the most pleasant visits to the dentist I have ever had. I honestly did not feel a thing! His assistant was very nice as well! Very happy I am a patient there now.

We are fairly new to the area and chose this place for our whole family. It is a very friendly office and the kids enjoyed it even though it isn’t the kind of pediatric dentist office they are use to. We are very happy with our experience so far. Would recommend.

This is an excellent dental practice. I had a dental emergency this weekend, spoke to the dentist oncall and they fit me in to be seen early in the morning. I like the larger practice because it seems they can always fit you in. Everyone is professional and friendly. Highly recommended.

Dr. Beers crown procedure was totally pain free. I appreciated his concern for my comfort and was very pleased with his efficient use of time.

I’ve been a patient for 4 years at deerhaven and always receive top notch care! Amanda is my registered dental hygienist very knowledgeable and passionate with her care. She has a bright & happy spirit with an amazing sense of humor, we always laugh! Thank you everyone at deerhaven, I feel blessed to be your patient!

I am giving this office a really low rating because I am so disappointed with the service and the availability, we moved here a year ago and they have canceled my appointment several times for staffing issues. They also canceled my daughters apt and then when I called to find out the status they made her account inactive and said that because they haven’t seen her they just closed her account. This is a really bad business practice and I am going to be looking else where for a provider who will welcome our family. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I have been going to Deerhaven Dentistry for over ten years and have always found it to be run professionally and with a personal touch. The doctors and staff are caring, careful, and my appointments run on time. I recommend Deerhaven without hesitation.

The people at the office are very friendly and professional. The Dentists that I’ve had experiences with have been wonderful. I always feel as at ease as possible and so well taken care of.

Wasted half my day. Got time off work to get some fillings. They told me that the operation wasn't that important and to schedule for another day. So now I get to miss out on even more pay thank you so much!!! I've went here since before I can remember but I guess I get to find somewhere new now... (Edit) I think it's crazy that they somehow hide the fact that they have multiple 1 star reviews but they're overview on Google says they only have 4 and 5. Also they try to "remedy" the situation after they get the 1 star not at the point of the incident. Why should I contact you to remedy the situation when you could have contacted me after it happened in the first place. I posted the review the day of the incident. If you truly cares you would have reached out instead of making a reply comment that I may or may not see. It's just a ploy to make you look better shake my head.

I can not say enough great things about Deerhaven Family Dentistry. All of the staff is super nice and do their jobs really well as professionals. The dentist that I see at Deerhaven, Dr. Niergarth, is thee best. I have lived in six different states. He is by far my favorite dentist ever.
