Today was my first visit to this office, having recently moved to the area. My first contact at the front desk set the tone for the entire visit, which was excellent in every way. The staff and the dentist were friendly and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable immediately. The office itself has a homey, relaxed vibe. My exam was today and I was to schedule a cleaning at a later date, however they had an opening and were able to fit me in. As a newcomer to TC I’m very happy to have discovered this dental practice.

We were told at the door that our appointment had been canceled after working for 4 months to get all of my sons information to them. They didn't care one bit to work with us despite knowing our schedule. Terrible costumer service. My son is 19 years old and goes to school in PA. We live a few months of the year in TC and some in FL. He needed to get his yearly check up and cleaning done before heading to school and despite our effort this practice simply canceled the appointment when they couldn't reach my son... I understand there is a policy if a patient doesn't confirm an appointment but the appointment coordinator knew our situation, had my number in the contact info and didn't make an effort to call or email me when they didn't get an answer from my son, who by the way, didn't get the so called email and call they claim they made. He showed me his phone and email history. Bottom line is the appointment coordinator could have chosen to help us out knowing we had a limited amount time and knowing we were extremely interested in getting him seen before heading to school. we are disappointed in their lack of interest and cooperation. Definitely do not recommend.
