I had pain and bleeding in my gums. Everyone else around area was booked out and Aspen was able to get me in the next day. They waited for me before my appointment because I had to take a call. Going into this I knew I was going to need a deep clean. To my pleasant surprise they offered to to the deep clean right then and there after my new patient exam and for half the price of the co pay that other dental offices near by quoted me. And now my gums feel great and aren’t bleeding. If you need a dental appointment this spot is a no brainer due to great customer service and price.

They were late bringing me back to get my appointment started. When I finally got to the room. They were started to talk about a plan but once they seen that I was going to need surgery on my tooth the mod changed. It was all about the money and that was it. They lacked empathy for my situation and on top of that. They would not give me any medicine because I was unsure about making a future appointment. I really couldn’t believe how much time of mine they waisted especially when I told them my situation over the phone. I felt like the financial woman who was trying to help with setting up a payment plan looked down on me like I was not worth her time. Horrible experience.

I'm here for my dental appt eight minutes early (because I'm new and they asked me to come early to fill out paperwork). I open the door to see a waiting room full of staff. I'm standing in the doorway, and a male employee walks toward me briskly stating, "I'm sorry, we're having a team meeting". I let go of the door, turn around, and he locks the door behind me. Been standing outside for about five minutes now. It's cold, foggy and another patient is being, well, patient out here with me. Not the most welcoming appointment I've ever been to. then the dentist told me that I needed invisalign when I specifically asked about a night guard. It sounded like he was trying to convince me that I should do Invisalign no matter what.

I was so impressed with the customer service, knowledge, urgency, compassion, and overall sincerity of the entire staff. I needed an emergency root canal and was in immense pain. My dental office was not being very helpful and wanted me to wait for an appt. The pain was so bad I needed to find another solution. I called Aspen (had never been there before) and told them what was going on. They got me right in and was able to fix my tooth the same day. They helped me find options to assist with cost. Dr. Kuhn who did my root canal was patient and explained everything happening during the procedure. She even called me personally later that evening to see how I was doing. I typically dont write reviews but I was so impressed with this entire office. This will be my dental clinic going forward.

I had a great experience at aspen dental. The assistant Sarah that took my x-rays was friendly and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Yoah and Jami helped me with my cleaning, they were gentle and informed.

Went to them once before at the end of 2015 for a wisdom tooth extraction, they try to oversell you things they know you don’t need. Eventually, I came to my senses and canceled all the extra stuff and went with the basic extraction. They only had one person qualified to do “tooth surgery” and they scheduled all of his operations on the one day that he was available. I waited for over an hour before they called me back. The extraction went smoother than I thought. Later on, I was in between jobs with no healthcare so I got behind on my dental appointments. I scheduled an appointment and here it is, I’m rushing to make it to the office. I arrive 6 mins too late and apparently that’s too late to still make the appointment because of “paperwork.” I’m not sure what type of paperwork they need in order to look at your teeth, but whatever! Will definitely NOT be returning and I encourage everyone here to not waste your time! Find somewhere else to go, like I did!! D- for sure!
UPDATE: Someone contacted me in regards to my most recent encounter with Aspen Dental. They apologized and offered me a gift card. I rescheduled my appointment and it was nothing less than pleasant. My initial exam was painless and everyone seemed to be aware of my previous issue and made sure that didn’t happen again. I have scheduled my next appointment with Aspen and look forward to my time with them again. I only gave half a review because I would like to wait and see how my next appointment goes. **UPDATE** Had my appt. Their billing is off. I have been asked TWICE to pay out of pocket AFTER my line of credit had already been charged 3 MONTHS AGO for the services. I believe they are fraudulently charging me fees and services even though they have already been paid. I will be reaching out to my insurance carrier then to the Attorney General if the math does not match the charges.

I had an appointment went in for my appointment to my surprise I was told they could not find me in there system. I was asked about my name more than once, my telephone more than once. I felt like I was under interrogation . First of all they closed the place without anyone reaching out to me and to my surprise they have been open 11 weeks prior to me calling to check if they are open. To add salt to the injury I was interrogated, my telephone, my address and what my appointment was for . I was told they cannot find me but the dental hygiene didn’t hesitate to tell me their was a posted note for her from me that I didn’t wanna be contacted..She keep repeating that her note said I didn’t want to be contacted.. Remember I was told they cannot find me in the system but it was very easy for her to find a note that stated that I didn’t want to be contacted yet still I was there and why I was there was not her concern. It seems as if the content of that note was much more important to her than my needs. I had to repeat my self over and over that , that note was not from me . Need less to say how poor and disgusting and disappointing the customer service was . The most disgusting part about all of this she expect me to use the same invisible for 4 months, very disappointing. Now I have to star all over again. This place is the worst dental service ever . If I didn’t start my treatment I would never set a foot in that place but unfortunately I have go back to complete my treatment. I could hear her telling the doctor you go deal with her and to make matter worst to reschedule my appointment I was told she had to start everything over again after being a patient for more than 8 months.. she made me feel like I was not boring her and I was told she was going to call me . I didn’t wanna go and come back on the day of my appointment to just to find another note that states i didn’t wanna be contacted or they cannot find me . I ask what number would you be calling me at . Remember they said they have called me and I was told I didn’t wanna be contacted but when I ask her to verify my telephone she couldn’t telephone me . I had to provide my number again. I had to wait another 2 to 3 minutes for her to verify my number because the incoming call was much more important than me standing in front of her very disrespectful.

I left a more detailed review through their website. This was the best customer service I received from a dental clinic by far. The service was great from scheduling the appointment to walking out the doors. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. I also feel as the staff really cares for you as a person and not just as a patient. They really take their time to listen and explain things if you have a question or don't understand something right away. Thank you again.

Awesome staff! I Have never been happier with service,care and understanding. Ms Mandy and Ms Kadra(I hope I spelt it correctly) are my favorite assistants they are caring and gentle. Ms Dr Cooper explained the procedure step by step and made sure I was comfortable with each one. But if was not for Ms Lindsey who made it happen I don't think I would have had the opportunity to add to my happiness by getting my smile back. She is in the financial department and she worked something out to the best of her ability and within the means she had accessible to her.
