I am always a little scared of going to the dentist but as soon as I walked in I felt very welcome. The staff is very friendly & dr. Ismail , dr.engler and staff were very good at making sure I was comfortable. I will recommend this office to everyone I know!

The staff as Aspen Dental in Brooklyn Center was very professional and kind. They got my husband in immediately with a bad toothache and was able to do an extraction the same afternoon. We would highly recommend the staff at Aspen Dental.

Upon my arrival at Aspen Dental in Brooklyn Center, I walked into a comforting eathen toned efficient front room, and with the available downloaded paperworks filled out, explained to the unshakable hygenist who gave me a pleasant greeting that I was going to be 'scaring' her for the present dental condition I bestowed upon myself. We started a few minutes before the set appointment time, and as I walked through the hallway with gorgeous window arts, we had a few 'break the ice glad to meet you' jokes along the way.
In comparing to the smaller Dental places I had been too, Aspen Dental is a very tightly run ship in the 'business' end, with the team members being specialists within their job descriptions, and all the gathered data is reconfirmed for accuracy. Upon the 'Doc's' arrival, who is hands down one of the most kool people I've ever met, explained to me the process and the final synopsis is not 'judged' by my arrival condition, as the final status of treatment.
What I envisioned in my head, thinking I'm a tad of a 'technical' guy, needed some adjustments with the really kool high end scanning and premold sequences. all in all, I had "2" visits with one trip, and the manager wrapped my new learning of sequences with the various financial options.
One may get the impresion that Aspen is operated as a 'factory' with the sequencing, but this 'appearance' will be offset by the genuine thanks from the team to choose Aspen Dental. In a day where we have been ( customers) slighted by the lack of genuine compassion, a new and continuing patient will never depart without a full understanding of the full process with the most freindly and humorous staff I've ever met!

I came in due to tooth pain. I had a 5th wisdom tooth appear and it had a cavity and was infected. All the staff was so over the top helpful and friendly, I almost forgot about the pain. Then I had Dr. Conner remove the tooth, it took about 5 minutes and she was very careful to make sure I had NO PAIN....except for the shot of Novocaine witch could not be helped. But even that, she put numbing gel on my gums first! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DENTAL OFFICE!!!!!!!

The worst. All they want is your money. They don't care if your dentures fit or not.I've gone 3 yrs with ill fitting teeth. Teeth have fallen out. Now my bottom plate broke in half and I can't seem to get an appt to get them fixed. Not for a week. Ok thanks Aspen Dental. Anyone who asks me about aspen dental will get a bad review from me. You suck.

My tech and my dentist are the best. Sara and Dr. Miller, thank you for making my experience so great! I hate the dentist normally, not so much anymore!

They work with your schedule. Make sure the dental experience is a good one. Friendly and professional at all times. They work with you financially as well. I also like that I found one close to my house.

I’m about to demand a 9th appointment on one tooth. A crown that lead to a root canal that sprained the periodontal ligament has gone awry again. While all the previous problems were likely just bad luck, the permanent crown placement has been a total farce. After having pain and hearing popping from a crown placed feb 2nd, X-rays determined that the filling was incomplete and there is a hollow negative space between my root canal and the crown. Rather than immediately schedule time to fix it, i’m Expected to just wait it out for two weeks and see if it gets better. It’s caused me pain, and I’ve been on painkillers every day for weeks now. I’m shocked that they expect me to just wait out and see if I can live with an incomplete filling. I will be demanding that they fix the problem and do it free of charge, and then I will be searching for a new dentist.
Update: i’m Amending my review after Dr Ismail personally called me to apologize for my discomfort and offer to redo the entire crown at no cost to me. It’s been three weeks since my temporary crown went on, and the improvements are dramatic. First of all, even the temporary crown looks and fits better than the former crown did. I’ve needed no adjustments, and it’s perfectly sized, which makes me confident that the new crown will match my teeth much better. But more important is the feel, which is perfect. For the first time in 3 months, I have no pain. There’s no sensitivity, no odd hollow feelings. Finally I feel like I can bite on that side again.
I have more fillings to replace, and I will be scheduling with Dr Ismail for major work whenever I can from here on out.

Dont go here if you dont have dental insurance. I recommended my sibling to go to a different place but he choose this one. He has a toothache, he came back with a $10k bill he agreed to pay probably because of his pain. Yes its his fault but its this place fault too for letting it happen vs. suggesting he gets dental insurance before doing any extra procedure besides his toothache.
