My dad Scott went in to Aspen Dental In Brooklyn Center last week for an X-ray. Sara helped him and he wanted me to make sure to write her a good review and say thank you for being so quick and easy to work with!

My experience with this “care center” was the worst in my life. I was told I scheduled a cleaning and an exam. I work for a living and only have so much time off per year, I told the woman who schedule everything I needed a cleaning and exam at the same time. I show up to only having an exam, when I expressed my frustration and unhappiness with the situation, instead of empathizing with the fact that there had been an over-site on their end I was told I was disrespectful and yelling. Just because you failed to empathize and offer solutions to a problem you created, doesn’t give you the right to gaslight a new patient to your clinic. Every person in that clinic needs to learn basic customer service and how to empathize to frustrating situations, if you don’t your going to piss more people off. I don’t know how you have a good rating.

The receptionist and Dr. Cooper were very nice along with the hygienist but their manager was something DIFFERENT. I kept complaining of how much pain I was in due to needing a root canal and an extraction that I couldn’t schedule until one week out so I asked her if there was something I could get to help me manage the pain and she treated me as if I was asking for hard drugs, I was asking for recommendations and she became visibly frustrated and prescribed me a antibiotic which I think is malpractice because it was never proven that I had any infections and she LIED and claimed she had prescribed me something to help me manage the pain. The manager was a thorn in my side, as long as you don’t have to see her then you’ll be fine.

YOU guys rock, got my teeth cleaned had a great time, we watched The Talk, learned a little about social media, good time. Then getting my teeth cleaned was fast and did not hurt, my teeth are now perfectly clean, and i got a new tooth brush which is awesome can't wait to try that out. All in all it was a great time, made me enjoy the dentist!

I an a senior citizen and am reporting about my experience with Dentures. I have used 2 different offices. It was useful to have my care continue with the snowbird destination. As I understand AD is not a chain, but rather a group of private practices. But they all have the same products and procedures. The doctors are mostly young but the system seems consistent, although there is a difference in the skill level and I was concerned about that. Some practitioners gave me more confidence, but everyone seemed to do fine work. I wish they all understood that there is a level of salesmanship necessary to inspire confidence in the patients. Im presently waiting for my implants to heal .

I had an absolutely horrible experience with Aspen Dental. I went here because a friend referred me near closing time. I informed them of some pretty bad tooth pain from a chipped tooth and another problem tooth. The girls behind the desk were friendly and said we are closing soon but let me ask if the dentist can squeeze you in for a consultation. She returned and said had time and took me to the X-ray machine. Soon after the dentist returned with the X-ray showing me the the teeth that I literally just wrote one the form I was having problems with. Like no reallly dude? I literally just told you that. I didn’t say that but I felt it. He continued, “I’m going to refer you to someone who can fix those for you.” This dentist DID NOT EVEN OPEN MY MOUTH. He didn’t look at one tooth. And my teeth are NOT in great shape. I can GUARANTEE you there’s others problems in there. Kinda seemed a little rushed because they were closing. Today I called and said I was interested in getting a cleaning done, then explained who I was and she remembered me, the. I asked why the dentist look inside my mouth during the visit. She said that the dentists can see more through the X-ray like nerves. I blew that off as BS because I didn’t want to seem rude, so I asked what the cleaning will cost. She replied, “the exam and cleaning cost $160.” I said why would I pay for an exam if I already paid for an exam. She said sir you got a consultation not an exam. I asked what’s the difference. She said basically when an exam is done they will do an X-ray if one is needed and it’s included in the exam fee. At this point I told her that nobody mentioned to me the option between a consultation and exam. They just told me let me go see if the doctor has time for a consultation. Now that I know a consultation is much quicker and you guys were closing I can see why. I asked for the Manager Mike who rude as hell actually saying, sir I don’t understand what your mad about. I said I’m not mad. You should be mad because you’re losing a customer and I’m posting this everywhere I can. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. THERE ARE SO MANY OTHER REPUTABLE DENTISTS AROUND. This one is not one of them.

I go to this location for all of my dental needs! They take great care of you, Sara is always such a joy to work with and so comforting regardless of what you need to get done and the best part she makes X-rays tolerable.
