Horrible experience. Long wait in front waiting room and long wait in back on previous visit. Also, they tried rescheduling a previous appointment as well. Apparently they are totally disorganized. Today, 6/20/16, after walking in, I waited with my daughter for 20 minutes for both of our regular cleaning appointments. After establishing care in January we set these appointments. We were on the calendar for 6 months. When they finally came out of the back I was told there was no hygienist there. Obviously this left me completely irritated. Then, was I was asked what day we could reschedule and I said Monday she said there is no hygienist on Mondays ever. So, they have completely lost two patients because of their complete lack of communication.

I've been to many dental offices in my life, but this place is THE best! I saw Dr. Broderson and Amy today and was so impressed with the extra care they took with me. You can tell that the entire staff here have a good rapport with each other which translates to a positive environment for the clients. They are professional and really go out of their way to provide a positive experience. VERY happy with all aspects of this dental office!

Very professional. The teams work together very well. They let you know when they are learning new devices, you follow along with them.
They have office staff that go over your future appointment needs with you and what your cost would be. If you qualify, they will help you get financing to pay your bill.

They called me to confirm my appointment only to send me a text message to reschedule 20 min later. This was after I made it clear I had taken time off work to make this appointment.

The staff and doctors are all so very nice and they all do there best to make sure you are comfortable. Would recommend aspen dental to everyone.

They put a crown on for me. It didn't fit right which allowed food to get caught between it and the next tooth. I constantly had to floss. After only 18 month the crown broke off. I went into them they told me that the crown caused decay on the tooth next to the missing crown so I need a replacement and another crown. They said $3500.00 that didn't sit well with me. I emailed customer service to consider standing behind their work. I have not gotten a reply from them. As a small business owner I stand behind my work, they should as well. Very disappointed with them!

Anyone who has needed a tooth extracted right now nose. How frustrating it is. To try to find a dentist and get there with all the pain going on in your face. And in your head. I called Aspen Dental as they were 30 miles from my home one way. It is the closest place. They said they could get me in at 2:45 in the afternoon. When I made the appointment, she said because you have insurance they will have to do X-rays and come up with a plan of care. I explained we needed an extraction right away. She said they will call us they did call us and said they would set us up for an emergency extraction. So we waited all day and got there they did x-rays left me in the room came back showed me my x-rays left me and the wrong came back in had me pay for my extraction and my portion of the care for the day after my insurance and then told me I would have to come back the next day at 8 in the morning to have an extraction I sat there for over 2 hours which I'm assuming they can Bill for 2 hours lot now because I was there and have me come back for another office visit. Which my insurance would pick up anyway. That just doesn't seem right to me. I sat up all night and agony. Is this all because I have insurance doesn't seem like a scam to anybody else. I can see coming up with a plan of action but a person that needs an extraction. Needed immediately. We could have went somewhere else. They told us they were setting us up for an emergency extraction. And then sent us home with nothing for pain. It was a very disappointing experience they brag on TV how great they are. They seem money-hungry to me.

The staff there were great, but just liked every other business there is always a catch. I needed a new dentist because my insurance mysteriously stopped covering my dentist that I'd been with for 20 years so I call Aspen for my bi annual cleaning. I expected the x-rays and the initial exam before the cleaning. I just wanted a simple cleaning but I was told I had to have a "special" cleaning that to nobody's surprise wasn't covered by my insurance now. They would have you believe that this "special" cleaning not only is paramount to cleaning your teeth it allows Aspen to get into your checkbook without just a simple cleaning that is covered by your insurance. I'm a senior on a fixed income and Aspen thinks that it's nothing to write a $200 or $300 check. It's the most shameful thing I've seen, I guess I'm not shocked I've pretty much come to the conclusion that they would come up with a scam to pad their bank accounts. They have joined the rank's of greedy corporations in America, Congratulations Aspen!

It was my first visit to this location. The staff was super professional and very welcoming. They did a great job for me and I will continue to go back. Very pleased with my treatment today!!!

Everyone was very pleasant to me.
As I don't have dental insurance at this time, I was given a complete and thorough exam.
I did have to wait awhile, as they were very busy. However, everyone apologized for the long wait.
It was very easy to set up an appointment. I did it all online. I had the paperwork all completed before getting to the office.
I have a follow-up appointment next week for a cleaning and some other dental work. I look forward to returning as needed.
