I loved the dentist at Aspen. They were very knowledgeable and kind. All though the last woman dentist was not so efficient. I had broken a crown off, she looked at the tooth, preceded to tell me the tooth broke and the bone would be healthier if it the tooth was left intact. Then appt was over, no explanation, no advice, no plan!! She left the room!! I was not happy in the least!!! Do your dentists float around clinics??? I have never seen the same dentist. Especially one that doesn’t care or is too busy to give care!!! I’m almost afraid to return. So what happened to Dr. Singularity?? He was the best dentist, I rather see him that any other Dr. If not then I most likely will not return!!!

Excellent Dental Experience. Timely appointment with highly trained & friendly staff that really appear to care about their skills and patients' issues.My "tori" issue usually causes pain during any dental X-rays but Aspen Dental Cambridge,MN made it a smooth and comfortable session. As We(Kay & I) are un-insured, Maria explained all financial options in an honest & straightforward manner. Best dental experience/replacement since our Dr Paul Smith retired.

I’ve had a root canal before it’s takes 45 mins tops. Never required multiple X-rays.
Although the staff is friendly they are extremely unprofessional. They will try to sell you all kinds of products you don’t need. Don’t buy their oral B electric toothbrush go out and buy your own.

My root canal took 2 hours and I soon learned why. I waited for a hour to even get in and then waited for the actual dentist who numbed me up and then LEFT ME for a half an hour ended up having to numb me twice more. I work in the health field novacaine is very temporary and you can’t have just one shot last you 2 hours. This place is out to make money whether it’s off you or insurance.
After each unneeded X-ray I was left waiting 15 minutes for a dentist to come back. Aspen dental is not a small dental practice and should have more then one D.D.S but apparently not. I’ve never had someone get up during my procedure and do an exam on another patient. This Dentist is overbooked, overworked and it showed. Neither the hygienist nor the Dentist explained at any point what they were doing or went over the procedure I badly needed. After my 3rd X-ray I was left for a half hour with ALL OF MY ROOTS OPEN AND MY NERVES EXPOSED. Not to mention the infection risks that’s just awful. Imagine leaving a patient during surgery and when someone heard me cussing under my breath and crying I was told to be patient...after a half hour and my novacaine was wearing off. This place is whack and makes its money off elderly folk without insurance needing a free exam. But I am not as gullible as they are. Shame on you guys and I will never becoming back to this practice save yourself some money and pain and go across the street to a local practice who cares.

If I could leave a rating off negative stars I would.
My dad is 80, and went in for dentures. The caused pain and he tried and tried to give them chances to get it right. His free exam wasn't free, and they charged him a lot of money (I know it was over 2k, probably closer to 4k) for something he absolutely cannot wear. He had some medical events and after trying for MONTHS to get it correct he finally gave up. He had to move out of his apartment and I cannot find the original paperwork or I would try. A place like that will not honor their "satisfaction guarantee" without repeated failed attempts. We just want his money back.

Scheduled an emergency visit over the weekend and confirmed this appt over the phone with a representative. Got to my appt and was told they were behind and to be patient as their new dentist started today. The receptionist told me that I never confirmed my appt with them so they didn’t know I was coming, which was a lie I did confim it. I had heard horrible things about wait times at this place and I thought I would give them the benift of the doubt. I asked if I waited if they would be able to fix my tooth today. I was told they could not say for sure and I would have to just wait and see. Since I have small children at home and they were with a sitter I told them to cancel my appt and I will be going elsewhere.

Probably the worst place I have been to. We called and made an appointment and they quoted us a free examine (no dental ins) and an extraction for $196 with a 20% off coupon. Went there the first time and they told us that their Xray machine was down and that we needed to come back the next day. We came back the next day and they informed us that the initial exam will now be $200 and the next appt would be free. Then the extraction will be $313 NOT $196 with no coupon. I informed them that they are 3x more expensive then every dentist in the area. I would not recommend this place to anyone who has no insurance. I have also now heard bad things from other people. They give unnecessary procedures to people. Filling infected teeth, just to have them come back in more pain and to have more work done such as root canals or extractions. This company and the dentists in the Cambridge MN location are money hungry. They must need to meet a quota to stay in this area. Do Not Go There..

I am so grateful for aspen dental cambridge mn,with there adopt a a veteran program l recieved free dental services which recieved a new pair of dentures at no cost.iam so thankful for all they have done. For me it'stxstxs.

I was extremely pleased with the service and pricing. I had a broken tooth and was given a slot that had just cancelled. I was fixed up and back to work in a couple of hours. I have already told 5 of my fellow employees to look at making Aspen their place for dental work.

Very kind and helpful people, they walked me through everything and answered all of my questions. They make plans and sort through options with you, would recommend them to anyone.
