Five stars for Aspen! Not only did they get me in for an appointment the day after I called, the staff was wonderful! It also was a very nice atmosphere for a place people normally do not care to go to! I definitely would strongly recommend them to everyone . It's my new dentist office from now on!

My appointment was rescheduled 3 hrs later & wasn't informed until I was almost at the original appt. driving 30 miles & then I had to drive there again & wait an additional 45 minutes even though they wanted me to be there 15 min early. Just wanted an estimate for replacement dentures but would not do this w/out full exam or pay $160.00 even though they told me would be free. This was done because they also wanted me to do reg. dental work there to my permanent teeth & sign an authorization for them to do this. Took almost a full afternoon to get thru this & didn't get out of there until 2 1/2 hrs later. This experience seemed like a shell game to me.

I showed up for my appointment 5 minutes early and was refused service and told the Dr would not see me that day because they were running behind schedule and I did not show up 15 minutes early. If an establishment refuses service because you were not 15 minutes early, clearly that is a mistake on their end and the appointment should have been scheduled 15 minutes prior.
On top of this, I took time off work and drove over an hour to get there. The common courtesy (if I was running late) would be to call ahead and let them know. I would expect the same courtesy from Aspen when they were running late, if they knew they should have called me and let me know instead of wasting my time and PTO. The icing was they waited to tell me they would not see me until I completed the 5 minutes of paperwork and then waited in the lobby for 15 minutes total.
I don’t normally take the time to write a negative review, but I had such a bad experience that I found some time. My recommendation to anyone considering to utilize Aspen Dental would be to save your valuable time and go elsewhere. If they treated me this terribly, chances are they have done so to many others and will do so in the future.

I have massive anxiety when it comes to dentists. I went in with massive pain and ended up crying. The office manager stopped and said, "This is a safe place. No one will make you feel bad about your teeth. We are here to help you." I can not tell you how much these words calmed my heart and helped me through a not so pleasant situation.

Had a upper denture made in Cambridge office had a hard time keeping apts because of my disability finally they said they were dropping me I had the removal done elsewhere. Now they won't adjust the upper denture they made . Basically saying too bad so sad not there problem
They also tried to collect a second time for a bill that was paid in full. We had 2 collection agency's call and we have the proof it was paid
Do yourself a favor and a lot of aggravation go to a real dentist and not get a recent graduate with very little experience

Ben, the lab tech, went out of his way to make sure my dentures were perfect. I appreciated his patience and understanding. The staff was kind and considerate of my feelings.

My wife had an appointment today for 1:15. At 11:30 the dental office called and asked if we could come earlier as they had a cancellation. We left right away and arrive one hour before the previously scheduled appt. My wife completed the paper work and began to wait...and wait...and wait. Finally the time of her prior scheduled appt arrived and she still had not been taken in. After a one hour wait we decided to leave. Totally unacceptable.

Will never go here again. Every time I've went i was left in a little room waiting for hours. going to aspen dental was an all day experience every time. The doctor yelled at me once when i questioned a tooth. it was a simple question, but he must have taken offense to it because he snapped at me.
I recently had several teeth removed, cavities filled, x rays and my teeth cleaned. Dr. Singletary broke two of my GOOD teeth while extracting neighboring teeth. Two weeks ago i was told that all my work was complete. however, I visibly have decay on one tooth, it smells when i floss it, and a few days ago it started to hurt causing my face to swell. I called aspen and begged to be seen but they said the best they could do was put me on there schedule 3 weeks out. i explained that i was in pain now and needed help. i also explained that if they couldn't squeeze me in the next day or two that i would take my business elsewhere... they're reply was "okay go somewhere else".
They don't put the patient first, in fact they are first and i learned that the hard way. luckily for me the dentist down the street is able to squeeze me in on short notice.

I have been a patient of the Cambridge clinic of Aspin Dental since last June when I received my free exam(?). The recommendation was to have my four lower front teeth removed and have a lower plate made that would attach to the remaining 3 teeth on each side. I trusted them so I agreed. The cost was a total shock since I am on Social Security. about wiped out my backup savings. I got a temp plate and that started my trip with pain. It took close to a half hour to remove it and sever pain to the gums thru it all. So while I waited for an appointment I quit using it, Imagine!! They got that taken care of, they were looser so no more pain. Then the permanent plate. Same problem removing and the pain. Got in in a week, (only could tolerate wearing it two days) and adjustment, easy in easy out. Have to use special soak, couldn't find it near me so ordered it from the company. $23 for 6 weeks, ouch. Oh, and when I received the plate I was told I had used up the over $4,000 I had assumed was to cover all of this and I must pay another $290 to get the new plate. To move on, I wore the new plate one day and my lower gums hurt so bad I could not touch them and my upper plate (which I have worn for 30 years was shoved so far up in front I couldn't ware them for 2 days. Can you say soup diet ). I haven't called for another appointment yet, my life has to be somewhere beside Aspin. I was living before and I had some money in the bank. Does anyone have a time machine?
