I called the office to schedule an appointment as i have had a tooth ache for a few days... Was told that they do not have any emergency appointments available today. Informed the lady that answered, that i do not need an emergency appointment, i have had the issue for a few days and that an appointment next week would be fine. Was told that they could take my name and number and they would let me know if there was an opening available. Flabbergasted at this point that they did not even want to try and accommodate a new customer and schedule out an appointment for the following week.... I guess they are doing well enough that they do not want a new patient.. Called another office across the street.. they had no issue taking the business.. Have an appointment for next week as requested. This is sad as i had high hopes for this place as it was in a convenient location.
Owner response below is a joke.. They obviously did not read my review and only replied. Hope they are better at listing to their "Existing patients" issues. I said i did not need an emergency issue. I was fine with just being a new patient and could schedule a week out if needed. They could not even accommodate signing up a new customer. I have never seen a business that can maintain on a existing customer base that will only decrease as people leave, move go somewhere else without new customer business to replace them.

It's really a nice Dental Place. And I hate dental places. Very clean and organized. And the people are just great! Got me in in one day and fixed it the day I went in. Very nice place!

Cambridge Denter Center is the most amazing facility you will ever encounter in the state of Minnesota. The staff is friendly and efficient. Dr. Matthew is the most caring , soft spoken, gentle dentist I have ever encountered. This is a facility for the whole family. I know for myself this will be the only office I will need for the rest of my days.
