Friendly maybe. But self they do not communicate with their call center very well. Had an appt set, showed up early as they requested only to hear that they don't have time for the procedure that their call center scheduled me to have done. They leave early on Fri.....
Why don't they let their scheduling center know this so they don't schedule patient's to show up only to be turned away. Never going there again....
