Dr. Hendrickson is a skilled dentist and also demonstrates great concern for the patient' comfort & concerns. He has a great technique for administering anesthesia and you hardly feel it. He also explains what he is going to do and what is going on as he does it. That communication is very helpful to me. The staff assisting him are knowledgeable and the teamwork is seamless. The front office staff are polite, pleasant & accommodating

My visit was for an overdue cleaning and dental consult. Dr. Ryan and the hygienist Laura were excellent. Definitely a team approach!
The same can be said for Dr. Phil, Dr. Melissa, and their assistants. They work together, and it shows in everything they do.
After several years on dental care at Gentling I can only say I wish I had gone to their practice much sooner. Every dentist, hygienist, and staff member personifies the legacy of excellence!

The hygienists are all really great, professional and friendly (read: I want to talk with this person but their fingers are in my mouth). The dental staff have a really broad covering in the practice - I've consulted them on Invisiline and sleep/respiratory issues.

The dentist I've seen here is absolutely amazing, but every time I call or speak to anyone at the front desk they are rude which is really frustrating. I like my dentist here but don't even feel comfortable calling to schedule an appointment because of the way the front desk staff speaks to me.
