First of all the receptionist give the wrong information tell me that they do everything like root canal and everything in same place and they refer to another place. Later on when I visit to Dr she said you have go to other clinic for root canal and later on we do other procedures here. Even she said she is not very good in root canal.

I went to Gentling for the first time and from the minute I walked in, I was greeted by the front desk staff, who were very friendly! Kristie made the x-rays quick and painless and answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable right away. Dr. Melissa was very thorough and explained the next steps in my treatment plan and was very friendly and made the process easy and comfortable. I then saw Lexie for my hygiene visit, and she did an excellent job and was very gentle and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. I would highly recommend Gentling to anyone looking for excellent service and care.

So happy with an early 7AM appointment! Tara, my hygienist was awesome as usual. I had more than the usual questions and EVERYONE of them was answered with sincerity and years of knowledge and experience! This is the BEST dental office hands down! From the minute you walk in, the front desk staff always greets you with a big smile. I have never had to wait long. The hygienist named Anna is super through and makes sure I am comfortable every time and so personable. Let me tell you about Dr. Melissa! She is AMAZING and her assistant Kristie! Dr. Melissa makes sure you are never in pain and if anything is slightly off she is meticulous to fix it. If you are looking for an amazing experience this is the place to go and this is from someone that had dental fears previously!

Staff is excellent with kids. They talk at the appropriate age level, help get them excited about brushing, have flavored they love, and a little prize. They are also very knowledgeable and give us thorough assessments, show us pictures of what they are seeing, things to watch out for, and answer all our questions. We drive in 30 minutes to these providers for good reason.
