I grew up on a farm without fluoridated water as well as a rural dentist without x-ray equipment. As a result I have a lot of fillings and crowns and am now re-doing some early dental work. Ryan and team always take the time to explain all my options, which should last longer, what complications there could be, and which will be more expensive up front, but may last longer. I feel informed. They care about my teeth as well as my budget when I get dental work done. Once decided, I'm comfortable with Ryan and team doing a first rate job.

I called to make an appointment and told them multiple times what I had for insurance and was told they accept it. I also tell them why I need the appointment and they schedule me. I go and The first thing the dentist tells me when she walks in the room is that she doesn’t deal with extractions nor extraction sites. They spent maybe 5 minutes with me and did xrays. Gave me a prescription for inflammation and sent me on my way. I paid $120 for nothing. The prescription they gave me hasn’t been sold in years so I couldn’t even get that and when I called them to let them know I needed a different prescription I was told just to take ibuprofen which I had told her wasn’t helping. I don’t know why they would let me come waste my time and money if they don’t even deal with what I needed to be seen for.
