The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The picture-taking process of my teeth was difficult because the piece that went into my mouth was big/clunky, and quite uncomfortable. But as long as their prices are the best and/or most competitive-- I will continue to use them.

I'm giving them 1 star and that's being generous. First they tried to reschedule me 3 times in a row for my partials that I paid for and after I found a new dentist a crown they put in fell out and I've been back 4 times already for this same crown and never had the new permanent crown put in. Not one person in that office has apologized and when I did speak to the office manager this last visit he tried to become argumentative with me and told me that he was not going to step in this since I went above his head. Horrible customer service and the staff is not educated in their profession

This office really works with the patient’s finances. I had a horrible toothache from a bad cavity. I didn’t want to go the route of root canal and crown. It doesn’t show anyway. So I got lucky and Dr Chris yanked it out so easily. Cleanings are thorough and fast too

Had an appointment scheduled for May 29. For some reason I thought the appointment was May 22 so I called and was told that my appt is the 29 but it’s going to be canceled because they are closing at 1 pm. I told them more than once that I have major tooth pain and a large hole in my tooth that I’ve been dealing with since March when I scheduled my first appt that got canceled. All I get is “I’m sorry. This location has an opening in two weeks.” So now I have to wait even longer AND TRAVEL?! I’m done dealing with Aspen. They clearly don’t care that I’m in pain.

I was so excited to finally start the process of a new smile, after veiwing ur website. I saved up my money and had enough for one of the best dentures you have. Everyone was extra nice and took the time out to really make me comfortable. The time for my total of services. I was blown away . $5000 more than what your advertising. It no took everything I had not to squit tears across the roim., They just rolled down my cheeks hoping no one noticed. My dream of smiling big and bright was shattered. She advised me to see if I qualify for a loan. I told her I won't qualify for one but she suggested I try anyway, and assured me it's a soft inquiry so I it won't hurt my credit report. I knew I wouldn't qualify and if course k didn't so me and my $6000 estimate left. My phone started going off and on email about a hard inquiry just hit my credit report and will he on it till 2021. I was so upset that I called aspen again to find out why the lied straight to my face about it. Her response was that I didn't know what I was talking about. I feel your employees needs a bit more training in this part of job. I was devastated enough by your false advertising then to have a hard inquiry hit my credit report just blew me away.

did not have a appointment tried calling to get one but they said it would be over a month to be seen. I had bad tooth pain then i had a big piece of my tooth break off and it's cutting my tongue someone finally said i could try a walk in. I went in at 1:15pm set there until about 4:45 and they did the xrays and a exam but said they could not work on it because it was to late said the cost of the extraction was going to be over twice what the price list showed was told that price was for a simple extraction and this one was going to be surgical but how would you know
if you had not tried the other way first the last tooth i had removed was broken too and further back and the dentist said it came out easy and gave me a discount but he is retired now. the staff has been really nice

I was not pleased I had a10:00 appt. they called and asked if I could come at 9:30 so I did a still didn't get waited on until 10:10 then to be told after having my x rays for 3 or 4 days they probably couldn't do my deep cleaning correctly I needed to see a periodontist which they don't have. Therefore I feel they are not a reputable dentist office I thought it would be one stop does it all

My first checkup with Aspen Dental was pleasant and very professional. Kudos to Will, Ashley, and Rhonda at the St. Charles Rock Road location.
Dr. Chris Herbst was professional and knowledgeable. I have another appointment today. I hope everything goes well and painless.

Went as walk in, had broken tooth very painful. Appreciated and grateful they were able to squeeze me in, the staff is extremely helpful and nice. Didn't have any issues with them and will recommend to all!
